“I booked a room online here, and as soon as I realized it was the wrong location. I called right after I made the reservation, and they said that it had caused too much of an inconvenience, and the policy stated no refunds. We did not stay the night. Just an ounce of empathy or understanding would have been amazing but they really needed that $61. ”

“This is a charming area to stay in. This place was easy to find and in a beautiful location. However, there place did smell like dog urine and air freshener. It made it extremely difficult to sleep. ”

“The house was a nightmare. No curtains on the windows including the bathroom, kitchen table dirty, there are huge roaches, water runs out the shower creating a mildew smell including sour towels, and blood on the mattress. The couch smelled like trash! They didn’t accommodate anything during our stay. Please be aware the previous reviews are true. I am awaiting my refund, due to me leaving the location earlier going to the hotel due to the unhealthy issues. ”
