“We had a wonderful stay. There was an issue with the heater not working when we arrived. However, the host was quick to respond and within an hour had made alternate arrangements for heat that worked fine. While the place was clean and nice inside, the outside needs some work. The ramp up to the front of the cabin, as well as the porch, is in need of repair. Also, while an easy walk to downtown, the site IS NOT on the beach, in the mountains, or on the waterfront as the site info states.”

“This place was incredible! From the deck you could see Swan Lake, the Olympics, the Salish Sea, Canada, and the San Juan Islands. There were tons of Eagles and Herons all over the place. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I recommend it for ANYONE!”

“My week vacation at Bay Cottage was wonderful and relaxing. Ed was a great host, giving me so much helpful information about the room, property and Port Townsend. I was welcomed with fresh cut flowers and a plate of fresh berries with homemade chocolate chip walnut cookies. Enjoyed the cottage’s nice private deck to sit on as well as the community patio overlooking the beach and water. Many, many thanks!”

“Great location right on the beach. It was so relaxing. House was we'll equipped, enough room for our family of 5 adults, an active 5 year old and one happy dog. Would definitely recommend this beach house and will be going back.”

“Super sweet views of the water, islands, & sky. Very nice private beach, and peaceful setting. The kitchen is well equipped. Bed was comfortable, couch and chairs were comfortable. The code to the door didn’t work, and after trying it numerous times, we texted Vacasa and they responded with a different code for the lock box which got us in with a key. The light above the stove, under the microwave was burned out, so cooking was dimly lit. I’m sure they will replace the bulb tho. The coffee...

“This is a beautiful quaint house. Loved the sunrises, watching the sea life. Hot tub was refreshing. The host is prompt and so generous for having us enjoy her piece of paradise. We will stay here again.”
