  • Welcome to Evergreen Escape. A place to melt away your stress and boost your wellness. This cozy, remodeled home features a luxurious outdoor spa experience with a private sauna, cold plunge, and a hot tub. Perfectly located for Pacific Northwest Adventures, just minutes away from Deception Pass. Plus, there's a game room for entertainment. Adventure by day and relax by night. The perfect Evergreen escape awaits!

    This cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests. Enjoy an open living space, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed WiFi, a game room, and full access to the backyard. The living room features a warm fireplace and abundant natural light that highlights the beautiful views. Our kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need—from appliances and cookware to a variety of spices—alongside a dedicated tea bar and coffee station.
    Both bathrooms are supplied with fresh towels and toiletries. For the ultimate 'recovery circuit' in the backyard, you’ll find dedicated gray spa towels on the left side of the laundry room to use with the sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub. When you're ready for fun, the game room offers a pool and ping pong table, a lounge area, and a TV.

    Please note: if you are arriving with a boat or trailer, the extra-long driveway has a slight incline at the entrance.

    Guest access
    You will have access to the entire property besides the shed outside.

    Keybox is located on the front entry door. You will be provided a code prior to check-in. There is also a key box for the game room which is located near the side garage door.

    Feel free to make yourselves at home and enjoy all the amenities and comforts our place has to offer.

    Other things to note
    Please read the guidelines/instructions signs of the spa located outside by the designated area.

    A foldable table with eight additional foldable chairs is available for flexible dining. Please wipe down and put away after use.

    A BBQ is available — please remember to turn it off and clean the grill after use.

    You are welcome to use the wood for both the living room fireplace and outdoor firepit. Make sure it’s extinguished before leaving.

    Any damages/violations will result in a $300 fine.

Gem of a place! Everything was super clean and we felt very well hosted. The outdoor living space was incredible, and the host was great. Very thoughtful touches throughout the house. Would recommend and would love to come back soon!

Place was great for a small group to relax for a few days. Very close to a Farm Stand with waffle cones and activities, short distance to many destinations on the island as well. Property was in fantastic condition and there was even a welcome basket which was great when traveling with kids - probably will be one of their highlights. Hot Tub, Sauna, Cold Plunge and game room were well taken care of, easy to navigate due to straightforward instructions. Couldn't have asked for a smoother process or easy to use place. It was beautifully decorated, nicely labeled pictures, and a fully stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend for those that want to get away for a bit! As others have mentioned there can be noise from the jets that do fly bys, but overall, it didn't hinder our experience at all.

Darling little hose, well stocked and very clean. The kids loved the game room and we all enjoyed the sauna/cold plunge/spa. Would recommend to anyone!

The location is beautiful and the property has some good amenities, but unfortunately, we would not stay here again. There were several significant issues, including some genuine safety, security, and privacy concerns.When we arrived, there was a boil-water notice that had not been communicated beforehand. When we contacted the host, they were unsure whether the water was actually safe and suggested the filtration system might make it safe.Military jets flew extremely close to the property, very loudly and frequently, including past midnight. This was not disclosed in the listing and should be mentioned for future guests.There are also security cameras on the property that were not disclosed, and the door code does not appear to be changed between guests. When we arrived, the previous code was still displayed in the lockbox. Other issues included no living-room blinds or lamps, extremely bright overhead lighting, poor airflow and no fans, and a difficult-to-use screen door that allowed bugs inside. The game room smelled strongly of wet dog and the front-right stove burner did not work. We did not use the fireplace because there was no grate to prevent hot coals from escaping and there were multiple burn marks in the living-room carpet around the fireplaceFinally, the primary bathroom door does not fit the doorway and cannot close, leaving essentially no privacy.The property has some nice features, but the number of issues significantly affected our stay.
