“It is a beautiful place. This is our second stay. It’s a beautiful home, a great neighborhood and a very relaxing stay. Lots to do and wonderful restaurants nearby. The whole family enjoyed it. David is a wonderful host. He is very helpful and easy to contact. Definitely recommend! ”

“Enjoyed our stay. Having your own pool with beach access is great. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We rented the golf cart and would definitely recommend it. ”

“Home is lovely. Great amenities and decor. I tend to avoid pet friendly homes as dog hair on furniture and a doggie odor is usually present. This home is immaculate. You would never know a pet had ever been there. Location is near shopping. Only downside was it is on a busy highway. However we never heard traffic inside or back by the pool/patio. ”

“We had a great weekend at the house. Beds were soft and comfortable. The place has everything we needed to make it a great stay. Sound machines to help sleep were a big hit! The bedrooms were all huge as well. We loved the front porch ocean breeze and it a great place to hangout. Plenty of furniture to sit on to visit and plenty of chairs by the pool. All and all a great house to spend with friends. ( there were 4 couples) . ”

“The property was more than we expected. The house had everything that we needed, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, floaties for the pool, and an abundance of sundry items (toilet paper, soaps, garbage bags etc.). The neighborhood was very quiet and nicely maintained. The house was spacious and very comfortable, perfect for us.The owner was very responsive. A very big thumbs up. ”

“Eveything was as advertised. The beach was right actross the street...easy access. Plenty of beach equipment was provided - chairs, boards, towels, bikes, etc. House was clean and comfortable with plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, etc. Lots of space. We planned on 6 adults, but only ended up with 4. Plenty of real beds and we would have had room for the extra 2 adults. Easy to communicate with the owner. Since there was no one chexking in on our last day, she let us stay past the check out...

“This home was perfect for our long weekend. The host is responsive and attentive. The home has amazing views! The deck is beautiful and all outdoor furniture is immaculately maintained. We spent the majority of our time there. The location is perfect! It is close to restaurants and was close enough to Orlando to take our granddaughter to American Girl for her Birthday for shopping and lunch. “Our family of 12 enjoyed all the amenities this property offered. The house and in-law suite were clean and welcoming. We especially loved the pool, spa, and outdoor area for night swims. The beach was a quick walk and we appreciated the beach cart to transport our beach gear. Great family weekend!”
