The Heart of Oakura Shops & 5-10 min walk to beach & river (cleaning incl)

Tucked away down a drive in the heart of Oakura, lies this old style Hansel and Gretel house. All you need is to stroll up the drive and you have all the funky little cafes, restaurants, bars and 4 square at your finger tips. Or just a 5- 10 minute stroll down the road, you can soak up the beach vibes, sitting at a popular restaurant on the beach called Black Sands, sipping a cold wine or beer while watching the children play on the sand or watching the sunset. If the beach is not where you are at, you can walk a short walk and you will be at the river. Which ever takes your fancy, it is all accessible. If you are up for the surf, just down the road on state highway 45 are all the popular surf breaks.

When you walk into this Hansel and Gretel style house you will feel like its your home away from home. It is not the brand spanking new home that makes you feel like you cannot relax, It is a home that allows you to be you and have the sense of relaxation while on holiday.

There are 3 good sized rooms, PLUS a landing area upstairs

LANDING COMMON AREA.......3x single beds.

1 Bath & Shower downstairs

There is a great lawn for that back yard cricket and of course all private. Also a trampoline for the kids.

There are two Sleepeouts but these will be locked.

PARKING
There is room for 4 cars to park down the drive.

The home sleeps 9 comfortably.
The maximum guests is 9

CHECK OUT 10AM

EARLY CHECK IN NOON $40 (if I can arrange this)
LATE CHECK OUT 11.30am $40 (if can be arranged)

LINEN
Please bring your own linen (sheets ), if sheets are required this can be arranged if really needed, at a one off cost of $65
Towels are supplied
Pillows supplied and pillow cases
All Duvets and blankets supplied


The house is fully cleaned after every stay and then disinfected by myself.

CLEANING FEE - This is included in the price, (if you leave the house clean and tidy as you found it).



NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: clean AND vacuum the house and do the dishes before you leave.
