We were very disappointed as we explicitly booked a room for 4 people (including children age in the booking) , which should have been their accessible room I believe
At arrival, nothing was mentioned and when we entered the room we could see only 2 beds (a double and a single).
When questioning the booking with the receptionist (and another lady passing by), we were told it was our fault (and we should not have been able to make such booking, great !).
After getting some form of acknowledgement ( but never an apology), we managed to convince the receptionist to call her manager and the best resolution for them was a refund of 20£, which is clearly not sufficient and acceptable.
With no other available hotel nearby, we had no choice but squeeze in the room for the night, with our young daughter sleeping on the floor.
Mistake can be made, but the quality of an establishment can be seen on how they handle it, and this was probably the worst handling I have seen in a very long time.
