When 1st arrived very tired after 7 hour journey ,key lock box would not open with code,had to phone then leave message,no answer back so left message on web site eventually call back after 25 minutes had to go round to car park to get spare key out of another lock box 45 minutes to get into room Room 4 is small. Needs a better table for tea and coffee area. Bed linen is needing renewed as looking rather grey and tired.Toilet bowl and inside seat needs cleaned better. Bathroom door sticks and difficult to open . Grandson panicked as he couldnt get out. Every time other guest went in or out ,our door rattles and got a few frights when sleeping. View out window onto annex with black plastic wall and wooden struts. I would return here as value for money o.k ,but it does need a bit of care to the fabric of the building.
