Chalet avec Piscine Obernai

🥨 30km from Strasbourg, Obernai is the second most visited city in Lower Alsace🍇.

At the heart of the wine route 🍷, during the summer season, the city of Obernai organizes numerous tourist activities, and in winter you must not miss the Christmas markets🎄.



🏡 This 150 m² chalet in duplex format is located in the heart of nature and the Alsatian forest, you will be less than 10 minutes from the city center, shops 🛍️

On the main level:

🛋️ 🍽️ A large living space with an open-plan kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, dishwasher, kettle, classic Nespresso coffee maker, toaster) with a large table to share your meals.

As well as a bright living room with television (a double sofa bed and two single beds are located there) and opening onto the terrace

🌞 You will have the possibility to have your meals inside, but also in the garden on nice days.

🛏️ a bedroom with a double bed, storage and opening onto the terrace.

🚿 a bathroom, with a shower, a bathtub and a washing machine and a dryer

🚽 a separate toilet.



On the upper floor:

🛏️ two attic bedrooms each with a double bed and storage.

🛏️🚿 one bedroom with a double bed, storage as well as a shower/sink corner with mirror.

🚽 a separate toilet.



👙 An above-ground pool is accessible and heated from May 1st to September 30th if the temperature is above 15°C. The pool, with a depth of 1.50m, measures 8m by 4m.



🅿️ You will be able to enjoy a parking space on the property.



🏡 The entire Chalet will be yours. Always with the aim of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

🧹 cleaning will be done,

🛏️ beds will be made with clean sheets,

🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel,

📶 free WIFI connection



🍼 A travel crib for baby is available upon prior request (approved for a child under 3 years old and 15kg)



House Rules:

🚭 This chalet and its outdoor areas (nearby forest) are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



⛔ Animals are not allowed.



🧹 Bed and bath linens as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.

🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a "complete cleaning" supplement of the apartment for 60 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of 120€ will be charged to you.



📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your identification document, via the Yaago platform will be requested after the reservation, as well as the information for the insurance form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
