Our lovingly furnished 70 sqm holiday apartment combines alpine charm with modern comfort and views you will not forget anytime soon. From the bright open living and dining area as well as the balcony, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over Oberstdorf, the surrounding mountains, and the famous ski jumping hill. The perfect place to arrive, take a deep breath, and truly unwind.

The apartment has been carefully and stylishly renovated to a high standard and offers everything you need for a relaxing or active holiday as a couple, with your dog, or as a young family. The open living area with a cozy dining space, modern kitchen, and warm wooden elements creates a welcoming atmosphere from the very first moment.

A true highlight is the spacious private sauna for two, perfect after an active day in the mountains. For even more comfort, the pellet stove creates a warm and cozy alpine atmosphere, especially on cooler days.

The comfortable bedroom with a cozy double bed ensures restful nights, while the modern bathroom with shower and a separate toilet provide additional comfort. The apartment is also perfectly suited for families with babies. Inside the bedroom wardrobe, you will find an integrated changing table, and a travel baby cot 120 × 60 cm is available for our youngest guests.

Our Alpenjuwel 2 is located in Jauchen, one of Oberstdorf’s most sought after areas, peaceful, sunny, and elevated above the village center with spectacular views. Hiking trails and scenic walking paths start directly behind the house, making it ideal for holidays with your dog or small family adventures. Whether it is an early morning walk to the bakery, a relaxed valley hike, or a challenging mountain tour, your alpine adventure begins right at your doorstep.

The center of Oberstdorf with cafés, restaurants, shops, and the Nebelhorn cable car can be reached within just a few minutes by car or comfortably by bus. Public transport in the region is included with the Allgäu Walser Pass.
