Servicio: tercermundista. Limpieza: la justa. Desayuno: lo peor. El hotel dista mucho de ser un 4 estrellas como los que estamos acostumbrados en España.

Great Hotel, Great Location. Happy Customers.

We booked the hotel for a short two-night stay and we were pleasantly surprised with everything. On arrival the receptionist was overly helpful. They were very accommodating as we had our 1 year old with us and even managed to prepare the room earlier than we expected. The hotel itself is a Paradise - beautiful architecture with great attention to detail. Every aspect has been planned to suit all guests in any weather condition. The pool / garden is extremely well maintained and clever layout. It allows many people to use without feeling crowded. Particularly like the little "river" which are shallow for younger swimmers. I would like to specifically mention the person working at the pool bar who was very polite and extremely helpful. The handmade pizzas are delicious and he was even able to make one dairy free for my wife. The rooms are very clean and provide a very nice view of the hotel garden and sea. The fact that the place is located out of Obzor gives you a break of all the night time loud music that you see all over the Black Sea coast. The beach under the hotel is a 5 min walk through the cooling forest. It's virgin beach so without mandatory pay-for sun loungers and umbrellas. One recommendation we have would be the restaurant menu. We thought the prices were not relative to the quality and quantity of the dishes. The staff were very pleasant but we just feel the meals could be improved.

Dejligt hotel men med flere mangler.

Pænt og dejligt hotel med et meget fint pool område. Meget stejl trappe til privatstranden, ingen mulighed for leje af parasoller og liggestole, man må købe det fornødne i byen. Maden på hotellet er ikke noget særligt og betjeningen er ung og uerfaren, vi kørte til Obzor for at spise aftensmad, der findes rigtigt fine restauranter i byen. (Vi havde lejet bil hele ugen) vi syntes at det var besværligt og langt at gå til Obzor fra hotellet. Morgenmaden blev kedelig i løbet af ugen, ingen frisk brød kun toastbrød.

sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Die Bilder im Netz entsprechen genau der Realität. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist ein Hingucker und läd zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das Hotel verfügt über viele kleine Details, die Pools sind sehr sauber, das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, der Strand in Obzor ist sauber und vorallem das Wasser ist sehr klar. Auch am Strand ist es sehr ruhig. Die Buffets sind übersichtlich, aber das was da ist, schmeckt! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Wir haben ein Hotel gesucht, welches abseits von den Touristengebieten ist, wo eine Hotel neben dem anderen steht. Dieses Hotel war genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Das Hotel liegt etwa eine Std vom Flughafen Burgas entfernt, aber die Fahrt lohnt sich! Wir haben uns sehr gut in diesem Hotel erholt :)

NICE PICTURES - VERY HARD BEDS

The hotel is pretty, though it is quite a hike to the beach. Our room was very nice but the beds were so hard that we wanted to check out after the very first night (we were supposed to stay 10 nights). When we went to the reception to ask for a new bed, we were told all the beds were the same. A very nice receptionist did everything he could to help us find another bed and another room, but they really were all the same. When we asked about checking out early, the manager on site said she didn't have the authority to approve our refund (we paid up front through Expedia). We then spent the next FIVE (5) HOURS on the phone with Expedia and their off-site booking manager trying to come to a resolution. At 4 PM we gave up and said we'd try one more night. Again, our room was beautiful, and big, but the bed was awful. So the next day, after another hour on the phone with Expedia, we were given the okay to check out early with the assurance that we would get our money back. We're still waiting for the hold to be released on our credit card, two weeks later... I would go to this hotel if you're not picky about mattresses (they were clean, just uncomfortable). I would also go to this hotel if you are looking for a really good value -- food was good and included in the rate. Unfortunately, we are used to a higher quality mattress so I wasn't able to sleep well, which really affected my entire experience.

Хорошее расположение отеля. Уединенность добавляет шарм. До центра по набережной можно дойти за 30 мин. Красивый интерьер, но чувствуется, что изначально задумка планировалась более дорогостоящая. Нормальные завтраки, но опустошение тарелок с блюдами мало кто отслеживает, порой так и стоят они пустые, народ вынужден выбирать альтернативу. Цены в ресторане отеля средние, готовят хорошо. Сауна за дополнительную плату и по записи, но находится в общем зале, так что в чем превратность не очень понятно. Отдохнули хорошо, но можно было и лучше.

Clean but in a remote neighborhood

For Bulgaria this hotel / resort was fairly decent. We booked a 2 bedroom suite for our family. We only stayed one night en-route from Thracian Cliffs back,to Sofia. The dining at The Cliffs room closes for dinner at 9pm, they were nice to seat us at 8.55pm and provided very good service. Breakfast included was buffet and quite good. The resort was not very full. Need to upgrade elevators and provide key cards, otherwise this was a good visit.

Schönes Hotel, schlechtes Frühstück

Unsere Präferenzen für das Zimmer wurden nicht an das Hotel weiter geleitet. So haben wir für einen Aufpreis ein Delux Doppelzimmer genommen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit Doppelbett wie gewünscht. Das Bad hatte einen Whirlpool, als er lief roch es nach verfaulten Eiern. Auch die Reinigung war nicht 4 Sterne Standart. Das schlechtste war aber das Frühstück. Kein frischen Kaffee, sondern Instandkaffee aus dem Automat zum selber holen. Auswahl auf dem Buffet war überschaubar. Wer aber ein schönes Hotel mit guten Zimmern ohne Frühstück möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Der Weg zum Strand ist ziemlich Lang und führt über Holztreppen das Cliff herab.

schönes Hotel aber schlechter Koch

Am letzten Tag wurden einfach die Betten nicht gemacht. Nach Toilettenpapier mussten wir selber nachfragen. Für altere Gäste nicht empfehlenswert. 224 TREPPEN zum Strand. Jeden Tag Huhn und wenig Auswahl.Kein Dessertbuffet und nur 3 warme Mahlzeiten. Hatte schon bessere Küche. Keinesfalls 4 Sterneküche. Für uns entsprach die Küche 2 Sterne.Nicht alles inklusiv wie üblich. Nur zum Essen Wein, Bier, Apfelsaft und Wasser. Personal aber sehr Nett und das Hotel ist sehr schön. Umbedingt vor 7 Uhr Platz am Pool reservieren.

Schönes Hotel

Dreiflügliger Hotelneubau welcher um einen schön gestalteten Garten mit Poollandschaft gelegen ist. Mediterranen und bulgarischen Stilelementen prägen das Interieur und die Fassade. Über eine romantische Holztreppe am Steilhang entlang, mit ständigem Blick auf das Meer ist es möglich, in kürzester Zeit den unbewachten Badestrand zu erreichen. Allerdings ist die Zufahrt zum Hotel wenig vertrauenserweckend, da die Straße löchrig und das weiter Umfeld weniger gepflegt ist.

Erholsamer Urlaub, abseits vom Trubel!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber, mit eigener Küche (sogar Geschirrspüler) Toller sauberer Pool. Leckeres Frühstück und Abendbrot in Buffetform. Man konnte sowohl innen als auch auf der Terasse essen. Nettes Personal und guter Service. Es gab einen eigenen Wellness und Spabereich, wurde von uns aber nicht genutzt. Der Strand war über eine lange Treppe zu erreichen. Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Impeccable service

I went there for a short break with my partner in the beginning of the summer. We were so pleased and impressed with the quality of the service that we decided to return again, a couple of months later. On both occasions, the room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The restaurant food was delicious, both buffet and á la carte. The á la carte menu is truly great and I made it a point to compliment the chef for her outstanding skills. There are also many wines on offer. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with any request we had. This hotel is truly perfect for a beach getaway - a cluster of very nice pools on the terrace and a private access to the beach down the cliff (via wooden stairs). The only downside was a very slow internet connection, but we didn't really care about that as we really wanted to disconnect and relax. I am a well seasoned traveler and I rarely give such reviews to hotels. In fact, I have only done it once before - out of the dozens of hotels I've stayed in worldwide.
