To help protect the home and ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:

- No smoking or vaping
- Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–8:00 AM
- Please respect our neighbors and residential community
- Smart TVs are provided, but streaming subscriptions are not included
- Lawn maintenance is performed weekly
- Professional pest control is completed quarterly using pet-safe treatments
- Stays longer than 30 days may require a mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee

HVAC: During warmer months, the thermostat must remain at or above 72°F. During cooler months, please keep it at or below 78°F. Doors and windows should remain closed while the HVAC system is running.

Circumstances outside the host's control—including severe weather, power outages, natural disasters, and other acts of God—are not eligible for refunds.
