I would give this place a 3 or 3.5 rating. On the positives (1) this place had a terrific view of the beach as it is beach front. (2) the showers were new and really nice. On the negative side, this please is getting dated in many areas and needs some upgrades. This should sound similar to other recent reviews. (1) The ice maker does not work and just drips water into the freezer. (2) Both of the screen doors to the porch are constantly falling of the tracks. (3) The lighting needs to be upgraded. While there are three ceiling fans that work, they are making noises. (4) The mattresses in bedroom #2 are extremely old and in need of replacement. (5) While the place said it came with linens and towels, we did not get pillow cases and a top sheet for both bedrooms.
