    The Space:

    Enjoy ocean views from this luxuriously upgraded condo in a popular oceanfront building just steps from the beach. You'll have a private balcony off the living room and main bedroom. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, and there is seating for everyone at the handsome dining table. The suite also includes free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, central AC, assigned parking for two vehicles, and multiple building elevators for easy access. Wake up with a freshly-brewed cup of coffee then head down to the beach for an afternoon of sun and sand or visit the shared outdoor pool (open seasonally). With all this and more, you'll have a fantastic beach getaway in this beautiful oceanside condo! What's nearby: Summer Beach 602 is conveniently located on 35th Street just eight blocks from the Boardwalk. Park your car and walk to great restaurants, mini-golf, amusements, water sports, and more. Things to know: Free WiFi Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The rental was gorgeous. All rooms were immaculate, the view was incredible and our weekend of activities were great! This rental is in a great location with plenty to do for people of all ages.

I've stayed at many places over the years in Ocean City, and this was one of the best. It was extremely clean and beyond cozy. We felt perfectly at home and the views were incredible. We would definitely do it again in a heartbeat.

Clean home, very beautiful location, with many dining options within walking distance. I would return simply for the views! We were lucky enough to get a show from the Blue Angels on our last full day, the beach is super clean, and the building was very quiet! 10/10!

Great stay

We picked this place because of the location, quality upgrades, and cleanliness reviews. The condo exceeded our expectations. Great place, right on the beach. Enjoyed listening to the waves each evening. Guests were friendly and convenient to many things in the area.
