•the building requires 75 dollars paid directly to Golden Sands at the front desk, once registered to the building you’ll have an ID tag to hang in your vehicle to be in your vehicle while parked in your assigned spot. Your access code to the condo will be given to you you can call me 24/7 with any questions.

Remember to bring your beach towels and all toiletries as you probably know this is all customary while renting a condo here in Ocean City. I supply comforters, sheets, towels & bathmats. I can get you the information. If you have any question please don’t hesitate to ask . If I don’t know the answer I will be my pleasure to find out about anything you need. Also there is no daily maid service while renting the condos but your condo will be perfectly clean and sanitized 100% just for you and your family . I am so careful for you with cleanliness and Allergies and health concerns. Smoking and Pets have never been aloud! So you can be sure that there has been none for your comfort and confidence .I will have clean up items /products left here for you and of course everything you’d need in the kitchen and bathroom too!! You’ll have everything you need to leave it as you find it. NO WORRIES I PROMISE.
