Walkable to all things downtown. Great bayside location with good parking. Unit has great space and is well equipment with all your basic needs.

AWFUL!

We loved nothing about this experience (other than the view). I called 2 times before our vacation to 100% verify that the property accommodations would work for our party because we had 11 people (which included a baby) and the listing and bed arrangements did not match what was shown in the virtual tour. We received 2 phone calls back from VACASA verifying that the unit’s listing was indeed 100% correct (1 king, 3 doubles, a twin, and a pull out sofa). The virtual tour did not show 5 beds. VACASA has since removed the twin from the listing, because when we got there we immediately called because a bed was MISSING just as we thought! The local property manager apologized and brought us a roll away cot. Extremely uncomfortable! We would have NEVER chosen this property had we known it was not big enough for us. We also called for the back door to be looked at. It was very hard to open and we did not want it to fall off the track. We were told they would send maintenance, nobody ever came and nobody ever called us back. We also arrived and the condo did not look like it had been cleaned. I have pictures if anyone needs proof. Sand all over the floor, sink was dirty, dust all over furniture, refrigerator shelves were dirty. We thoroughly cleaned the unit and left it much cleaner than it was when we got there. The property manager agreed that we should receive a refund for part of our visit. We spent a lot of money to book this property and were extremely disappointed!

Shabby not chic

Location. Load in load out convenience of the first floor. Porch furniture was awful. Utensils were all broken. Pots and pans were horrible WiFi was terrible. Neds were very comfortable. We have stayed at several Different units in Bahia Vista 1 and they were fantastic. 103 not so much. I do t think we would stay in Unit 103 for the price they charge.

Great week at Bahia Vista 103

Really nice accommodations. Overlooking the bay, first floor, large unit. Well equipped kitchen, good size bedrooms, good layout. The only negative is the pool was smaller than the picture. But it was sunny during the day and always had available shade. Will probably come back next year.

Very relaxing!

We really enjoyed staying on the bay side. The boardwalk got very busy and it was nice to end the day watching the sunset in peace and quiet.

Multi Family Vacation

We have multiple families vacation at this location....we LOVED the condo! The location of it was easily accessible to everything. The sunsets along bayside were amazing! Will definitely be staying again!

Fantastic condo, fantastic location!

We've stayed in this unit several times. We like it so much we keep coming back. The main living area is nice and open and great for visiting. Plenty of room for 10 people. Nice deck to sit on and watch the sunsets. Ground level so very convenient (no waiting for the elevator!). Clean and well-maintained. Plus, you can't beat the location. A short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Whenever we vacation in OC this is the unit we try to rent.

Beautiful sunsets in a great condo

We have stayed at this property for the last five years. Beautiful decorated and great location. Outside deck to watch sunset over the bay and close to boardwalk/beach. We now have three friends who liked it so much they now rent this unit.

Great Location! Wonderful View! Very nice condo!

Condo was perfect. The condo has a great floor plan for family with the Master Bedroom overlooking bay. Walk right out onto lawn and dock. Condo was clean, well maintained and decorated to provide the feeling of being away at the beach. Near downtown and the beach - perfect location for a family with options for all. Would recommend for your next vacation!! We enjoyed to off season feel in November.

Amazing Vacation! Best views in OC

What an amazing condo! My family comes to Ocean City every year for 20 years, and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. Huge kitchen, great appliances, open floorplan - with a great family dining room for evening meals and board-games. The back deck is right on the water and you will see the most dramatic sunsets of your life...EVERY NIGHT! Thanks for renting to us and we're already booked for next year!!!

Superb

This beautiful unit was a dream come true. We arrived to find the unit in spectacular condition. Everything was sparking clean and the unit is so nicely decorated. We parked our car, and the rest of our stay we walked to the beach, boardwalk, many nearby bars and restaurants. The ground level deck was a wonderful spot to enjoy sunsets and drinks. We love the peace and quiet, but when you want to, you are a few minutes from the all the activities OC has to offer! It truly is the best of all worlds.We highly recommend this unit. We have stayed in this unit many times and have rented it for this Memorial Day to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday, We can't wait.

Nice condo on Bayside

The listing is accurate, and the place was clean and well-maintained. We have rented this condo for the last 2 years, and have just reserved it for September 2017 for the 3rd year. We enjoy drinks on the back porch and the view of the bay activity. We enjoy the living room and dining room area (nice furniture). Bedrooms are nice. Master bath is beautiful. We would recommend this to family and friends. We have rented many condo's in OC, and this one is the best. that's why we keep coming back.

Great Rental for your Famiy vacation!

Been renting this condo for 4 years after a weekend getaway there with friends. Very spacious lots of room for the whole family. Close to the beach, boardwalk, parks, fishing pier, restaurants, and bars so you do not have to drive. Very easy access for loading and unloading since it is on the first level. (no stair or elevator to deal with) But my favorite is having my wine in the evening watching the beautiful sunsets on the spacious deck. I highly recommend this condo!

The property is beautiful. The cleanlinessl; however, was not so great. See detail below.

First, the main floor areas from the front door through the living room were far from clean. There wa a lot of gritty feeling dirt on the floors (likely sand), and my daughter's feet turned quite dirty when she walked bare-footed. I vacuumed the floor, but I should not have had to do that. Second, the kitchen counters were not very clean. There were several spots that were sticky, and another spot where there was a piece of dried food stuck to the counter. I have since cleaned the counters. Third, there are several dusty areas where the cleaners obviously do not attempt to clean. The master bed frame had a lot of dust in the 'open' areas, and the night stands in the bedrooms had a lot of dust on the lower levels. The louvered door going into the laundry room looks like it has not been cleaned in a year! There were a number of cobwebs. I knocked some down, but I left the one in the master bedroom, over the first sink, in case someone wants to see what I mean. Forth, and probably the worst thing, is that the bath mats and throw rugs were filthy! They had a lot os stains, and the were full of sand and dirt. I washed several of the rugs because I could not stand to walk on them without my shoes. Fifth, the master shower has mold. Not a lot, but it will grow! I did not contact Vantage while there because there is little you can do about the lack of cleaning except send someone in while we were there to do just as poor of a job as then did before we arrived. I know that to be true because I have had issues with cleanliness in other facilities in OC. Last time I was in OC, we stayed in a condo where the floors were so dirty that my crawling grandson's legs turned BLACK when he was crawling around. The cleaning crew came in, did another POOR job of trying to clean the floor, and they left. I watched them. They had no clue how to clean anything! I mopped the floor myself when they left. I'm telling you this because I would like for the owner to be aware of how his condo is being maintained and also so the cleaning crew can be told what a poor job they are doing! There are things that maybe I notice more than others, but some of the issues were just disgusting. I cleaned things myself because I wanted it done right! When I pay this much to rent a condo for a week, I expect it to be perfect and CLEAN before I get here. The job this cleaning crew is doing would be totally unacceptable if I had to pay them!

This condo was filthy

For the price and the "luxury" description, I would not recommend. We had to clean the condo and wash bedspreads and rugs the first day of vacation. The cleaning service didn't arrive until day 2 - it was not cleaned after the guest before us. Bahia Vista is a great place to stay as we come here every year. Will never stay in this condo. We worked with the management company and could not get resolution. I even sent photos of the condition of the condo. The showers had mold/mildew, toilets were visibly dirty, dirty sheets in floor of closet, sand on floor and crumbs on table and kitchen counters just to mention some of the problems. I will not use the management company nor stay in this condo again.
