We booked this place knowing it needed updating and I was ok with that. However, what I'm not ok with is that the place it was very filthy. The furniture was so dirty that we covered the couch and chairs with sheets the entire time. Each of the dining room chairs had three cushions on them which we realized later was because the chair bottoms were busted through. We were not able to use these chairs which meant the five of us could not eat meals at the table together. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and the silverware was dirty... we literally washed everything before we used it. The tile floors were so dirty that we covered them with towels. Vacasa's customer service was horrible, in fact the worst I've ever experienced... after about 100 text messages and pictures, they felt like half the cleaning fee which was $75, was compensation enough. I called the main number several times and was told I would receive a call back and that didn't happen. I went to their local office to speak to the manager who was not in but I was given their business card... but when I called them, the call was redirected to the main number and never spoke to the manager. This was my first experience with their company and its unfortunate that they have such lousy customer service... and I'm beyond dissatisfied...
