BEAUTIFUL VIEW, BEAUTIFUL DECK

Great view, great deck, but needs repairs, a really good deep clean, and have more than 1 sofa bed. However, the view and the deck make you forget about all of it. I enjoyed my stay.

Just thought would have better service

I didn't feel like my needs were met here with regards to service. I needed a blanket for the sofa bed and that could not be provided. Ants in the cabinets, so did not fill comfortable putting my groceries in there. Tub out of order. Just not up to par for me. Great view though. Saw fireworks on the deck.

The place have rats and they run around at night and they ate my food on the counter top and called the office and they did nothing I should not have to be in a place with rat traps in the kitchen.

Spacious Home For Great Price!

Took a short (way to short) trip with some coworkers for a few nights. Home was bigger then we thought, amazing view literally right next to the water. Kitchen was amazing, crazy huge with an island to cook on. Place was clean, plenty of areas to relax, sound bar for the tv in the living room although the TVs in the rest of the house didn't have remotes that worked at all except the master bedroom. Outside of the terrible cloudy rainy weather which affected our plans the first three days, we still managed to do a few activities and enjoy time away from work for a bit. Would definitely recommend in the future, house was huge for six people, was lucky to book it on time after our first destination got booked but we were pleased. Hoping to do this every year!

Nice if all your looking for is a nice deck and view

This home could be absolutely perfect if what they say is included actually worked! None of the appealing amenities actually worked. The TV doesn’t work downstairs and in one of the bedrooms, the whirlpool tub in the master bathroom does not work. There was a handwritten sign on it that says do not use out of order, and this was not mentioned to us during booking when you look at the description of the home, it never said anything about none of the amenities not working. the Wi-Fi is nonexistent and everything in their works off of Wi-Fi including the thermostat! The toaster oven does not work the sound bar and speakers which is described as surround sound. The speakers are there, but nothing comes out of them. You can’t even get any of the electronics to work. they could really use an upgrade on furniture. The leather couches are very very stained. We had to put blankets on cause it just looked a little Shiesty. There are some good aspects of the homes, such as the deck and the beautiful view that’s basically the best part of the house. Only thing was the grill did not work. This could really be the perfect place if they would just do some upgrades and fix the things that need to be fixed other than that, the outside is beautiful when you pull up, the neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are nice. It’s a shame because this would be the perfect place to rent again if everything was fixed.

Nice home with a great view

Stayed at this location in June 2022. The house is very nice but did have some small issues. The second floor toilet made a screaming noise which can be heard throughout the house and will wake you up in the middle of the night. The master bedroom vertical blinds to the balcony were useless to close because many slats were missing so expect to wake up as soon as the sun comes up because it gets bright in that room. There were some dust and collection of dead bugs on some of the window sills especially by stairway which looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. But other than these few things the house was great and the deck was amazing with its spectacular view. Neighborhood was beautiful and the location to stores and main strip was within a 5 minute drive. Beach was close but expect to drive around a little to look for parking because there is no beach parking in that area. If bringing boat or jetskis be careful with tying up to dock. The water is very shallow (2’ low tide) and a lot of afternoon boat traffic in that area makes water rough and your boat or ski will bang against dock. Wish owners allowed the use of the jetski lifts for an additional charge because that could have saved me some damage that was done to my ski due to the rough afternoon water. Water is not rough all the time just in afternoon but in morning or evening the bay is like glass.

Mother's day get away

Big open space leading to a massive deck over looking the bay. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit and relax, the bedrooms are all big and the kitchen was well stocked. We will be back next year!

Lovely property and deck…a few quirks

The view and deck/dock were amazing. A few quirks with the appliances, audiovisual technology and doorway, but all in all a lovely getaway!
