Great location

The property was clean and ready for my family. The location was fantastic with the beach just a minute away, and ammenities like a grocery store, coffee, ans gas station right across the road. The host also had coffee available at the hohse a clean fridge and plenty of pans to cook with.Wed like to return and highly recommend this property.

EVERYTHING that you could need was provided, and I mean EVERYTHING! The location to the beach is fantastic! The hosts are perfection!The not so great is that the back of the building, bedroom windows, back to a parking lot on Ocean Highway and can get loud. Blackout curtains are desperately needed. The bathrooms are dark. It would be great if the fan vents could be cleaned and a light added lighter paint/tiles and clear shower curtains so you can see. The toilet in the main bathroom needs to be installed correctly so that it doesn't feel like it is on a spring.A couple of tweaks and this condo is great!

Hosts are great

We enjoyed are stay. We had a little trouble with one of the air conditioners however, Jeff the owner came right down and replaced the unit. There were lovely touches such as laundry detergent, bars of soap in the bathrooms, bounce sheets, that were great to have. Thank you again.

Everything was great

We will come back. Kids were six and the walk to and from the beach was super easy. Provided beach essentials. Place was clean and cool upon entering.

Great Condo

This is my third time staying at this wonderful condo. It is in an awesome location just a short walk to the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. The condo is clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a great stay. Highly recommend!

We always stay here when we come to Ocean City. Perfect location. 2 bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms. Sofa bed. Parking. Washer dryer. Lovely.

We were on North OC for a wedding, but had some time for the beach. We loved how close to the beach this property is. I feel the place is nicer looking than pictures. We also found that having the linens, towels, coffee, and just about all other essentials, other than food, we’re a definite bonus! Especially the beach chairs and umbrella! Perfect getaway close to the beach

My mother and I could not be happier with this location, or with our experience communicating with Jeff and Deb. The home is clean, bright, and has the most comfortable easy chair I’ve ever sat in. Everything was spotless and well-designed, and the amenities (coffee, linens, soaps) were a thoughtful touch. We’re already hoping to return next year.

Perfect location

First floor condo, perfect location. Access to beach was so close. Restaurant, grocery store and gas station within walking distance. We only stayed 2 nights, but condo had everything we would need. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo,great location

This property was wonderful. Clean and modern. Tastefully decorated. The walk to the beach was short and easy. So easy you could walk back for the bathroom if needed. There are two traffic lights when you leave neighborhood for ease of getting across busy road. A must! Grocery store was walkable and food and ice cream as well. Although I didn’t buy coffee out (Keurig) there was DD and Starbucks near by. It’s a drive to the boardwalk but that’s fine by us, we only like to stop there once on a trip. Parking lot is compact but the spot for this location is on the end and we easily backed in. We only moved the car in AM anyway. The beach umbrella and chairs were in good shape. The bathroom towels were very clean, as were the sheets. Nice to leave those home as they take up lots of room in the car. The neighborhood was mostly quiet. Maybe heard some fireworks in the distance probably from the beach. As I said close to the beach. I would highly recommend this spot. We traveled with two teenage boys and although they weren’t thrilled to share a bed, ITS A KING! We rolled a blanket from home down the middle and they never complained. We would 100% stay here again! Thank you homeowners!

Cute Little Condo

We would defiantly stay here again! There were 4 of us, but room for 6. We took our own bedding, but there was bedding there that you could use. And it was close to the beach access which was a plus!

Family trip

The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was very well stocked to do any type of cooking. The only complaint was the a/c in the bedroom without the bathroom attached did not cool very well. It may need a larger unit. I would absolutely stay there again.

The location is perfect just a short walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants. The condo was super clean on arrival and very cozy. They had any and every amenity you could think of to make the stay that much easier. The hosts are super sweet and quick to respond. Thank you!!! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Beach Block Condo

This is the second time my friends and I stayed at the condo, and it still perfectly suits our needs. We love the location, which is a short walk to both the beach and several awesome restaurants. The condo itself is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Bonus that it is on the first floor, which helps when loading and unloading the car! We plan to book again for next summer.
