This decorator furnished 3BR, 3BA condo will offer all the luxury for a fantastic vacation. Beautiful living and dining area, laundry room and WIFI. Offer a Coffee maker-combo with drip and K-cup ability. Bed sizes include 1 king, 1 queen, a pyramid bunk with a trundle (1 full & 2 single beds) to accommodate your family of up to eight. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, unit rent Saturday to Saturday.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking/Vaping building, except for designated areas.
The Gateway Grand charges an $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee with reservation.
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
