Fountainhead Towers 303 ofrece hermosas vistas al mar desde el balcón frente al mar y dentro de esta unidad del tercer piso. También puede disfrutar de las vistas a la bahía desde su balcón lateral. Este condominio de una habitación tiene capacidad para 4. La ropa de cama incluye un rey, un sofá cama Queen y 2 sillas para dormir (las sillas para dormir son solo para niños más pequeños). Invitado suministros sábanas y toallas. La unidad cuenta con cocina completa, lavadora, secadora y televisión. Nuestros propietarios no permiten el alquiler de grupos a huéspedes menores de 25 años. We loved staying at this property, right on the ocean and updated interior. Perfect for our family of 4! Loved dinners and drinks on the balcony.

Great time!

Everything was wonderful. The property is nicely decorated and clean. The $40 parking fee was a surprise, but other than that we had a great time.

Place was great!

Place was amazing! The cleaning list for checkout was a little much, because we did have to wait until 3 to check-in, so why the long wait if a professional company isnt doing all that cleaning...but nevertheless, this place was awesome and Id stay there ten times outta ten!

Check in was after. Hours but was made somewhat easy. Good neighborhood and beautiful view! Door lock was a little “wonky” but we loved it! We loved our stay!!!!!!

Amazing location with a view you cannot take your eyes away … You should bring blankets and covers with you , there is none in an apartment. Also , the company that cleans should do better job .Make sure you ask for bracelets for pool entrance when you pay 50$ , when registering into building Other than that , we enjoyed our stay .

OC beach week

The property was very comfortable, just like advertised. We enjoyed our stay. I would stay again. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Loved making coffee and sitting on balcony and watching ocean sunrise! The property was generally clean. WiFi worked great, lighting was good, unit was quiet. As mentioned I would rent this unit again .

Relaxing Beach getaway

The unit was tastefully decorated and very clean. Location was convenient to many areas. We went to Delaware and Assateague National Park. The pool was open without chairs or umbrellas due to Covid.

A Welcomed COVID Oasis...

My husband I had not taken a vacation day since the New Year and were so looking forward to our escape to the beach from the D.C. area. This property is AMAZING! We like staying further north in O.C. and you are close to tons of bars, shops, and restaurants (Greene Turtle, Crabcake Factory, Crab Bag, etc.). The condo is full of the most modern "beachy" decor, and we spent many hours on the balcony getting lost in a book and listening to the waves. If we were to buy a property in Ocean City, this is what we would model it on! We will be back again!

Beautiful Condo with all amentities

This condo is beautifully decorated and is as lovely in person as in the photos. If you want to cook, you have every dish/utensil you need. Easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Though we did not use the pool, during this time of Covid, we could have scheduled time there. I believe they were 1 1/2 hour blocks with limited numbers of people. We just walked to the beach, instead.

Very clean and close to restaurants.

This condo was very clean and was the perfect size for the 3 of us. From the back balcony you can see the pool and the ocean. It had everything we needed and was close to many restaurants. If I had to pick something to complain about it would be the $40 fee to park and that the management company didn’t originally give us the pool pass but overall I would stay again!
