  • This rental is a ground level canal front unit in a duplex located just 2 blocks from the beach in the lovely highly desired Caine Woods Community. It is ground level. There is a separate unit above (not part of this rental) Excellent location directly across the street from Gorman Park, and short walk to beach, Old Pro Golf, Arcade, and Harpoon Hannas. Fish and crab from the large bulkhead or take a short walk to the beach. Paddle board or kayak in Assawoman Bay. This unit offers a large owners suite with king sized bed and on suite hotel style bathroom, and extra large bedrooms. Second bedroom has custom double bunk beds with reclaimed wood stairs. Bunk beds have three twin XL beds and one full XL bed. There is also a pull out sofa on the living room. Both bedrooms and living room have smart TV's. Unit features outdoor shower and outdoor living room area. Large kitchen with quartz counters, and new appliances. Neighborhood feels more like a residential neighborhood. You will love the location. Must be 25 years old or older to book.

Home Away from Home

Cozy vacation home right on the bay! Our family enjoyed our stay there for the week. We enjoyed its proximity to the beach and park. Would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Perfect place for my family

We enjoyed how close to the beach, shopping and water this location was. The home was just perfect for our family, loved the spacious rooms and the dock was fun for night time ice cream and talks.Thank you so much!

Great family place

We had a great week. Loved being on the bayside and having the pier. The place is a quick and easy walk to the beach. The kids loved the bunk room. Great place for families to stay

Great home, very beachy and close to the ocean. Loved sitting outside overlooking the canal. We watched the birds every day! The home has everything you need. Great times.

Beautiful place. Very cozy. Loved the deck out back for hanging with dog, fishing and sunbathing. Cant forget the Automobile theme. Wow! Beautiful work!Small walk to and from the beach. We patronized Taphouse and many others while in OCMD. Side note- we did have some trouble with the front door unlocking. GREAT PLACE!!

Great location

The place was cozy and was a great location. Was quiet at night for sleeping, yet walking distance to restaurants/things to do. Walking distance to beach made this a great place!

Great place for a family.

Great place to stay and not far from the beach. Our kids loved fishing off the pier in the canal and swinging on the hammocks.

Perfect week away

Home was super cute and clean and a great location. We enjoyed the outdoor space every day. This was the perfect week away for our family of 6.

The property was very nice and clean. The host was great and helped quickly with a problem we had on the second day of our stay. The location was good, quiet and near alot of things. Having the park right there for the dog was perfect. The only thing that fell short was the outside seating area needs a little clean-up along with the outside shower which wasn't really useable. Other than that it was a very nice place. I would stay there again.

Amazing location

Location and stay was wonderful! Beach was easy to walk to. If you wanted to drive to the beach in the evening there was ample parking. High recommend.

We had a great stay. Easy walk to the beach. Sitting on the back dock was very relaxing. Bethany Beach, DE and the Boardwalk are quick drives away.

Great Getaway Location

We enjoyed our stay! It was a smooth process to checkin, the place was clean and ready for us. The street we were on was also very quiet. Great location! Our kids loved the bunkbed room. Overall a perfect spot for a weekend away from home. We would stay here again.

Very cute little condo. Great location out of the craziness of downtown OC. Only thing I noticed was the ants like folks shared in other reviews, but they weren’t too bad.

Fun in the sun

I would like to thank Chris for the use of his beautiful property. The condo is perfectly located directly on the Canal and has beautiful views it’s also is just a short walk to the Beach. We also love The covers parking. Hope to come back soon.

Annual OCMD trip

We going to OCMD every year but this was the first year we brought our dog. It seriously was our best trip yet. We loved our week away. The condo was so clean and convenient. We walked to the beach and park everyday. Had coffee in the back deck every morning. The hammocks were the best. Such a dog friendly area. We can’t wait to go back again!

Time away

Relaxing environment with easy access to home, close to shopping, great restaurants, and piers for fishing. Owner communicated in timely fashion and helpful. Will hopefully return again in the future. Great neighborhood to walk and our dog enjoyed her jaunts around the block.

Bayside Trial

After 30+ years of renting oceanfront condos, we decided to try a bayside home on a canal, this year, and we were very pleased. Walk to the beach was quite easy. House was spacious and well appointed. Neighborhood was very quiet. Look forward to returning next year.

Oc vacation

Overall good location not far from beach access. Relaxing back porch/dock area. The tie ups for dogs in the back were a thoughtful addition. The place was very well equipped and clean aside from coffee grinds left in both coffee makers. There is a park directly across the street and is a short trip to the food Lion as well. Would book again.

Very Nice Place

I like the location the fact we were on the water and our dogs were welcome very convenient.The floors could use a good mopping,the mini blind in the master bedroom had a lot of dust on it. Other than that it was very clean.I loved not having to bring sheets and towels and That I didn’t have to make the beds when we got there . The beds in the second bedroom were a little on the hard side. But all in all we had a nice vacation. Thank You.
