Upon arrival we found the front 2 rooms were extremely hot, the AC was on 70 but those back 2 rooms were not cool at all. The pull out sofa in the living room was completely broken and unable to be used. Contacted management and was told a new one would be brought up. It took 3 days to get one and when they delivered it they placed it in front of the broken one and left. The next day they came back and moved the broken sofa into the front room entrance and left. We also informed them that the dryer did not work and overheated. They sent service to look at it, found it was the element and needed replaced. At the time of our check out that was never completed, so we went last 4 days without a dryer. The location of this condo and the hotel itself was perfect. We were very disappointed in our accommodations and it made for a rough stay with 3 small children. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, however customer service was poor at best.
