Welcome to this charming Ocean City cottage, a cozy retreat perfect for a beach getaway! This quaint home is ideal for a small family vacation or couple's retreat. With a total of three TVs, WiFi, and partial air-conditioning, you'll have all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable stay.

Situated on a property with three cottages, you'll have access to shared amenities including a coin-operated laundry room and an outdoor shower.

Inside the cottage, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with a mid-sized refrigerator, microwave, oven, and stove. While there is no dishwasher, you'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Conveniently located close to the boardwalk and the bay, you'll have easy access to all that Ocean City has to offer. Spend your days lounging on the beach, strolling along the boardwalk, or trying your hand at water sports on the bay.

For a bit of local flavor, be sure to check out the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk, where you'll find shops, restaurants, and amusement rides for the whole family to enjoy. Take a leisurely stroll along the bay and watch the sunset, or head to nearby attractions like Jolly Roger Amusement Park or Northside Park for even more fun.

Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
