Direct Oceanfront condominio de 3 dormitorios a pocos pasos de la playa. ¡En realidad somos FRENTE AL MAR DIRECTO! Muchos propietarios se anuncian como frente al mar, pero en realidad tienen vista al mar con los balcones de otros entre ellos y el océano. Tenemos una de las pocas UNIDADES FINALES disponibles, por lo que no hay nadie entre usted y su espectacular vista al mar. Esto significa café y amaneceres para ti. Disponible para alquileres semanales y de temporada de mayo a octubre. Mini-estancias, fines de semana y noches están disponibles fuera de temporada (septiembre a mayo). Los días lluviosos no son un problema en nuestro condominio, tenemos una piscina cubierta climatizada y un gran centro de juegos / recreación para mantener a los niños ocupados y felices y a los padres relajados. Genial para viajes de golf. Alquiler a largo plazo fuera de temporada disponible. Lo sentimos, NO alquilamos a estudiantes de último año de secundaria, ¡SIN EXCEPCIONES!

Excelentes semanas de otoño y fines de semana disponibles !!!!
Las tarifas semanales oscilan entre $ 950 fuera de temporada y $ 1500 a $ 3300 en temporada alta. Solo alquilamos de sábado a sábado semanalmente durante la temporada alta. Los alquileres nocturnos fuera de temporada están disponibles a $ 250 por noche con una estadía mínima de dos noches. Las noches adicionales tienen un descuento de $ 600/3 noches y $ 700/4 noches.

exceptional place to stay

We enjoyed the beautiful oceanfront view, the pools and the game room. They even had a small library to borrow books. This place was a home away from home. Very, very nice.

Excellent property for anyone!

Our son was graduating from Salisbury University and we had multiple generations coming to the graduation. This property allowed us all to stay together. Communication with the property manager was fabulous. The property is exactly as described. We enjoyed hanging out and meals together while overlooking the ocean. There was plenty of seating for all eight of us. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. With elderly people, it was nice to have one shower that was step in and although we didn’t need this having a tub for little kids in the other bathroom would be helpful for some families.Such a big pool and easy access to the beach. Will definitely look to rent again on our return to Ocean City. Thanks for a wonderful trip!!

Great time together

We rented this condo for a few nights. One night was girlfriends having a fun overnight. Two nights were couples spending time together. The condo was perfect for our group of 5 friends. We each had our own bed and plenty of space. The bedrooms are large. Communication with Renee was fantastic. Check in was easy if you just follow her instructions. The views were gorgeous! I would definitely stay again and recommend this condo to friends.

My family really enjoyed the condo! It was bright & clean with a great view! The condo was a nice size - plenty of room for our family. The 2nd floor of the complex was a nice place to have some family fun with ping-pong, pool tables, & an indoor pool. We had a great time & would love to stay here again next year.

Great space for a mini-family reunion

Large, bright apartment with a roomy common space great for entertaining. Big island for food prep and lots of seating. Great views and direct access to the beach. The layout of the furniture was a little tricky to maneuver a walker for the elderly. Easy coordination with property manager.

Great condo, great weekend

This is a beautifully updated condo with a well equipped kitchen. The owner was quick to respond to questions, and flexible in what we needed. The beach is steps away and the view is amazing! (There is a charge for parking but it’s worth the convenience.) I highly recommend this condo!

I was pleasently surprised at this location. I read the reviews and they were very positive so I gave it a try. The reviews and the pictures do not do this place justice. I am disappointed that I could not fully enjoy the location because we had horrible weather but the place made up for the fact we stayed in alot. The decoration and the size of the rooms were to die for. When my daughter opened the door all she could say was OMG the view is breathe taking. We watched a wedding on the beach. So beautiful. I am very very particular and the place was so clean. I actually think they must have just brought new funiture and renovated the place. Very easy to check in. The host was amazing and made me feel welcomed. If I had to find something I do agree with another reviewer that one room needs new box springs for the 2 beds but it was not a deal breaker at all for us. Because of this, my rating is a 9.8 out of 10. I forgot my firestick... no worries every room had cable and the living room has a smart tv so we logged into netflix. I loved being next to the elevator, it made it easy to get our stuff in and out. I dont want to bore anyone...I can go on and on how great this place is. Will for sure stay here again. Hopefully soon.

Great Weekend Getway

Everything from the spectacular ocean view to the cleanliness of the condo was perfect. This was a girls weekend getaway and there was enough room for us all to enjoy and the condo was within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and shops and the boardwalk was a short drive/bus ride away. The owner was quick to get us all the information for check in and checkout and answer any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay here. The balcony overlooking the ocean made for a great view. The location of the Quay made it easier to go wherever we wanted. We did have a couple concerns with the pool being unexpectedly closed for a day and not having access to the gym area. We contacted the landlord and she provided thorough and timely assistance!

The best BFF trip to SunFest

We had a great time celebrating my 60th Birthday with my girlfriends and we really enjoyed the condo and the layout of the rooms. The sitting area had plenty of rooms for relaxing and playing games at the dinning room table. We plan on coming back to return to SunFest.
