El Capitan Ocean Front Condo - 2 BR / 2BA 4th Street ON the Boardwalk!

Este es un hermoso condiminium en el último piso del Capitán. También es una unidad final, por lo que la luz natural (y las vistas) de las ventanas laterales adicionales es una ventaja. Las vistas del océano, el paseo marítimo, el muelle, etc. desde el balcón frente a la playa son espectaculares. Este es un condominio de dos niveles que cuenta con 2 dormitorios (1 en cada piso que es perfecto para la privacidad), así como un sofá cama para dormir otros 2. También cuenta con 2 baños completos con lavadora y secadora. La cocina está totalmente equipada con una zona de comedor, así como un mostrador de desayuno y taburetes. El salón tiene muchos asientos cómodos con TV e internet. Sin buscar llaves ni tener que reunirse con un administrador de la propiedad para registrarse. Se proporcionará un código único directamente desde su cuenta VRBO para acceder y cerrar la puerta durante todo el tiempo de su estadía. El código solo está activo desde la fecha de registro y caduca automáticamente el último día. Muy conveniente para múltiples invitados que necesitan acceso en diferentes momentos del día o para los niños, etc. Este es un verdadero condiminio, por lo que deberá traer sus propias sábanas y toallas. This was the perfect location on the boardwalk. We went down for the music festival and wanted a place where we could walk back and forth easily. The unit is located on the side so we watched tour buses go on and off the beach and could hear the music when we came back early. The host was very communicative and the property was beautiful. Check in was so easy. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent stay! Great communication from host. Beautiful peaceful beach and sunrise view from balcony! Quiet. Easy access to boardwalk and beach strolls, and excellent nearby boardwalk specialties such as Dumsers and Thrashers, as well as restaurants such as Brass Balls, Spain. Yummy and convenient Sunrise Diner in same building has excellent breakfasts and service. Easy drive to W Ocean City and Assateague. Lots of ability to prepare gourmet meals if you’re willing to utilize some camping mentalities of making do, i.e. warped very small pans, (need seriously to be replaced) burners cook unevenly, no blender for drinks or homemade milkshakes from Dumsers Ice Cream hand packed quarts. No worries since our crabcakes, soft crabs, rockfish, and breakfasts of scrapple, bacon and over easy eggs with toast, turned out scrumptious. Beds require replacing as well. Or at least a topper for more support. Quite soft and uncomfortable causing poor sleep for 2 of our 3 occupants. Still this was our second stay here. Would stay again in a flash.

We will be staying there again. But there were two things that bothered me during our stay. The upper bedroom bed made a noise each time you moved on it. That was a certain uncomfortable experience when sleeping. And the bath tub filled with water a bit when showering. Overall the better of places we stayed at that accommodated the four of us to stay together but still having privacy. And being able to park the car the whole stay with everything within walking distance. We appreciated the extras that made our vacation less stressful.

Amazing views and location

This property has everything you need to enjoy a vacation in Ocean City. It's right on the boardwalk in the heart of everything which means there is plenty to do while visiting all within walking distance. The property also comes with a parking pass to always guarantee a spot when travelling around OC. This unit is also right in front of a beach access point so you're steps away from being on the beach. The views are also amazing from the balcony when wanting to relax at night. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good experience in Ocean City.

Great location

Top floor corner condo with a great view of the boardwalk. The condo was clean and spacious. Sunrise diner is below and dunkin is close for a quick breakfast/coffee. The parking was great for one vehicle and separate to public parking. Only a few blocks from the pier/amusement park.

Great Spot!

We were thrilled with Ken’s spot! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Absolutely perfect for two couples. We loved that there was a little bit of separation between the bedrooms. Close to everything! We will definitely be staying again.

It’s a very nice condo with a fantastic view. Right on the boardwalk and within walking distance of everything. Host was quick to respond to any messages and very accommodating. If we were to come back to Ocean City, we would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect. We couldn't be happier and plan to stay again next year. Having 2 bedrooms with their own private bath, the location right on the boardwalk and the fully equipped kitchen are just a few reasons we want to make this place our choice again next year.

Great Location

Located in the heart of all the attractions. Park your car and walk or bike everywhere. Beach right outfront of building. Excellent view from the balcony. Everything you need is provided and works. We had a great time.

Beautiful location, Constantly getting your steps in.

The 4th street, 5th floor corner location on the boardwalk, the communication and assistance from Ken, and the views, could not have been better. We were aware from the clear listing there would be steps up and down, between both the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms and the main floor. But it did get tiresome living on a split level for us, especially for my husband with severe rheumatoid arthritis. There was also another half flight of steps just to get to the elevator for the building, making moving in and out of the unit challenging without a cart available until reaching the elevator landing. I want to add that we are not smokers, and are unable to tolerate smoke, so the constant pollution from the frequent smoking by our neighbors on their balcony was very disturbing, since the balcony is so wonderful to sit out on and enjoy the expanse of ocean and boardwalk views. I believe for this unit, smoking is not allowed even on the balcony. I imagine this is completely out of the control of the owner. We have noticed this while renting at various other units as well, except on balconies with full privacy walls. That being said, I still highly recommend this unit and Ken, absolutely. I would only request an easy fix of changing out the lower bedroom mattress and box spring, since my husband and I found the huge dip in the center of the bed, made sleeping quite uncomfortable due to the lack of support. Still overall we had a terrific 9 days in this unit!
