Siéntase como en casa en nuestro hermoso y espacioso condominio de 3 habitaciones y 1. 5 baños. El condominio está ubicado en la calle 88 y está a solo unos pasos de la playa, con vista al mar desde nuestro amplio balcón.

Encontrará la casa en perfecto estado, con cocina y baños recientemente actualizados. Y trabajamos duro para asegurarnos de que tengamos todas las comodidades que necesitará, incluyendo: platos, utensilios, electrodomésticos de cocina, sistema estéreo para iPod. El salón tiene una gran televisión de alta definición, con un reproductor de DVD / VCR, y una variedad de películas y juegos, así como acceso gratuito a WIFI.

Nuestro condominio ofrece 2 estacionamientos cubiertos y una unidad de almacenamiento que está llena de sillas de playa, sombrillas y juguetes de playa. A poca distancia de muchos restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia y una tienda de comestibles completa.

Our stay was nice, location good. Condo decorated nice. Unit was only surface clean, had to buy towels, sheets, paper itemsbon first day of artival..I text owner in detail and to request cleaning fee be refunded.

Perfect Vacation!

Arrived and had a clean secure place with all the AC, and appliances needed for a nice week with family. Close to the beach, on the ocean block. Neighbors were well behaved and there were no surprises. Family loved the beach, the layout and the sleeping arrangements worked well. We were able to enjoy the beach during day, and the porch at night. The boardwalk activities are a 15 minute drive but worth it. We truly had a blast! Coming back for sure!

Great Location

Conveniently located near the beach,restaurants and activities.Mike was very responsive and his welcome packet was so helpful. The beds and furniture were comfortable.The porch was a family favorite hang out location. The unit could have been a bit cleaner, there were many dead bugs in the bathroom ceiling light, the dishwasher had a moldy film inside, there was an empty vodka bottle stuffed under the mattress of our bed, and the mirrors were dirty. We arrived 1 and 1/2 hours after the designated check in time to find the cleaning lady inside. She was very apologetic and polite explaining that she was unable to access the code to get the keys sooner causing her to be late. We waited outside for about 20 minutes while she finished. In fairness, she may have felt rushed with us being there. We did a quick clean up of these issues and had a wonderful family beach vacation.

Awesome family time at the beach

A perfect space to celebrate my husband's birthday and getaway. The home was warmly decorated and comfortable. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, it was very convenient. The location is accessible to the beach, shopping and nearby attractions. Small hiccup when we discovered only 2 sets of keys in the lockbox and laundry in the washer but no worries we totally enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property and will book again. Thanks Mike and Nancy

Location, Location, Location

We spent 2 great weeks here. The location is perfect! Just steps from the beach. Mike was easy to communicate with. We had a couple SNAFUs when we first got there, but Mike took care of things in a timely manner. The condo had pretty much what we needed. Once I organized the kitchen, I had what I needed to cook meals. (I’m sure the disorganization was due to a summer of renters) This is a great property and we would definitely return!

Amazing time!!

Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay again! It was spacious and comfortable. We only had some small issues which was a clogged shower drain that we fixed and then in the dryer the lint was completely covered and there were wet towels in the dryer but that was probably from the last people that stayed and forgot about them. Overall though, we loved the property, the convenience of it being close to the beach (especially with small children) and how close it was to main stores! We will be coming back in the future for sure! We are already sad to be home!

Perfect weekend away

The condo was perfect for what we needed for a quick weekend away. We had little ones with us and the owners had a few games, toys, and things to keep them occupied when needed. The bedrooms were laid out perfect to fit everyone and it’s just steps to the beach. Would definitely go back.

Amazing location

Our time here was great. Communication was great, except for the last night when I had a question and never received a response. Up until then he answered very quickly. Condo was great. Our only complaint would be the upstairs neighbors. You can hear every move they make. Condo is definitely worth it though. Lots of pros to this condo, not many cons.
