The house was beyond super, everything promised was delivered and our entire family had a great time. Views from rear decks amazing. House beautifully furnished. 2 refrigerators and icemaker, 2 washers/dryers super convenient. Community pool, short walk from house, was clean and inviting.

We had a great time in our VRBO rental. Easy access to the beach and immediate view of the bay was great. We did take out plus cook inside and all worked well. We are very happy. My grand children all had favorite moments and my son in law said it was the nicest place he had ever been to for a vacation.

This was a great sized house for our family of 16. Location was very convenient for the ocean and bay. Beautiful view from the balconies and great views of Sunday night fireworks. Our family loved it!

The property was exactly what our large family needed. Plenty of space to spread out. The decks on the bay were wonderful and we enjoyed using our kayaks and paddle boards off the docks. The kitchen was really well equipped and we are a family who likes to cook! Convenient to shopping, beach and entertainment but with everything the house offered, we didn’t even have to leave. Thank you!

Family vacation with 15 family members. The house was as advertised (mostly, see below) and the location is perfect. The ability to use the community pool was a big hit with the kiddos. Overall experience was wonderful and we may stay here again next year. The only opportunites were: 1. the beds were full, not queen as advertised. 2. the beds are VERY firm, so plan accordingly. 3. the internet/cable failed on multiple occassions across multiple days. 4. The front door was hard to open/close, impossible for small kids to use and must be addressed/repaired. The property manager was great and quickly responded to our texts. He attempted to immediately address our minor issues. Again, overall a GREAT experience and we would recommend this location to family and friends.

Three generations of our family stayed for a week and had a fabulous time. The house is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the dock in back. We rented two kayaks for the week, tied them to the dock and enjoyed many outings. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. The living area is huge - room for all to eat, play games, do puzzles, knit, chat, nap, and relax! The kitchen is large and well equipped. Bob, the manager, was responsive and helped us out with our only question. (How do we lower the ladder on the dock to get down to our kayak - actually with his help quite easy! I can't say enough things about this wonderful house and our wonderful week!

The house was great. There are a few things to keep in mind if renting this property. There were not enough towels for bathrooms and kitchen. Towels and bathroom rugs were damp when we arrived. I was told that housekeeping probably ran out of time. We didn’t have toilet paper to get us started, as many of us had traveled long distances and it would have been nice not to have to run out right away. The refrigerator had a hard time keeping up with our group. Things didn’t stay frozen during the day and ice maker made very little ice. Overall the house was perfect for our family reunion.

Property was clean, well-maintained with high end finishes. Plenty of room for our party consisting of 2 families. Private pier was great for our kayak rentals. Best location.... convenient to everything with beautiful views of the bay. Rob was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The house is new and just as described. It's well-equipped, very spacious, and the space works well. One of our favorite things was sitting on one of the decks and gazing at the bay and the spectacular sunsets.. There were 16 of us from grandmother to an 8 year old. We didn't feel crowded. It's a bit of a walk to the beach if you are carrying beach stuff. If not, it's about a 20 minute easy walk through a very pretty neighborhood. Usually, one of us drove some of the others and the beach equipment to the beach, and then drove back to the house, and walked back. Because of the lovely, quiet neighborhood, and the calming bay, you don't feel like you're in busy Ocean City.

This place is truly amazing. Great location. We had a family reunion and it was perfect. Very clean and immaculate. The yard and doc are a gem. The owner is also very responsive. We will definitely go back there again.

This home was everything the listing said and more. It was perfect for our group of 14 ppl, ages ranging from 1-70; including a 1 yr old, 4 yr old, 7 yr old, and 12 yr old. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the view was perfect. The grill made dinners quick and two large folding tables and 20 folding chairs were great to bring crabs back to the place. Pool and location ideal right near Dumsers, Grotto Pizza, and Candy Kitchen. We drove to the beach everyday because of our age group but never had an issue with parking. Highly recommend this home for a large group; TV’s in every room and no issue with parking. The host was VERY responsive.

Beautiful house in a great location. Loved the decks and dock.The house was well supplied and equipped. We had all ages from grandparents to youngest grandchild (age11). More twin beds and fewer queen-sized beds probably would have served our group better but the house was ideal otherwise.
