Best Location, Cleanest Condo, Easy to Rent

We loved our stay, when the ocean was a bit to cold for us the pool was prefect plenty of lounge chairs and even adult swim time from 9-10AM. Very friendly easy access to the beach, great restaurants, and mini golf, great views and plenty of room.

I really cant say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. It was immaculate in cleanliness. Decorated so cute.The floor was quiet. Everyone slept well. Communication was stellar. We'd stay here again on a heart beat.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful and so clean. Janet was the perfect host. She answered all of my questions and responded so quickly. I would recommend taking the bus everywhere you go. It's easy once you get the hang of it.

Overall this was a beautiful stay. Absolutely loved the views of the bay and ocean. The unit was adorable and the owner was wonderful! Absolutely recommend this unit!

In town for Oceans Calling

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a perfect location and Janet was available if we needed anything. The staff and security at the Atlantis were very helpful. It is also close to beach bus stops and other favorite restaurants like Crab bag and Uber bagels. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals

Relaxing !

The condo was perfect. Loved the kitchen and the whole decor was nostalgic, especially since we were 70 something. Loved the open concept and sitting in the oceanfront area made for some spectacular sunrises. Will rent this property again.

Great week at the beach

Our host literally thought of everything right down to having a grocery savings card available if we needed one. Responded to all texts almost immediately. Clean beautiful condo and great location on the beach and having the pool makes it even more fun. Friendly security staff and easy parking. Definitely recommend. No notes.

The room had everything we needed. The master room was large and roomy. Great view of ocean from porch and master room. Nicely decorated. Games and books a plenty. We played some scrabble. The weather wasn’t the best so the pool came in handy. Thank you. Would definitely come again.

Wonderful stay

Janet was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and giving me some tips as well. She occasionally sent me pics of the place and the view to keep me excited in anticipation of my trip! The place was perfect!! Loved the enclosed porch with the views and sunrises!! Will 100% stay again!

Lovely condo we don't want to leave!

We wish we could stay here forever! More than enough room for the 2 of us and we could have brought the kids though it would have been smaller then. Well equipped and just really nicely beach decorated with a lot of thought put into everything. Great communication with owner. Property overlooks ocean which is lovely even in bad weather. We would stay here again.

Great oceanfront beach condo with great view

We really enjoyed our stay here. This was our second time staying at this unit, and we will definitely stay here again. The condo is clean, spacious, and has an amazing view of the ocean. The owner views above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, and is very responsive to questions. We happened to be there when tropical storm Ophelia hit, and she kindly offered to let us stay an extra day if we needed to! Overall, this was an excellent Ocean City experience, and we can’t wait to return.

Birthday weekend

The condo was exactly as described, clean, spacious, , warm and inviting. The view of the beach is awesome from the all seasons room. Janet was easy to communicate with, was able to have an early check in and late check out since it was off season. This is my 2nd year renting this property and I would again.

The Best View in Ocean City

I have had the privilege of vacationing at the Atlantis Unit 1203 since BEFORE they had VRBO. Twenty years of lovely furnishings, comfortable surroundings and the most beautiful view I have ever seen. Sunrise from the sunroom is magic. Moonrise is lovely as well. You can walk to the best sushi in town too. For a week or for a long weekend, I cannot recommend this lovely beach home enough.

Last hurrah before school

The owner was attentive and helpful at all times. The bedrooms were comfortable and the view was amazing. Great pool that was always clean. Great beach access! There was a slightly political vibe based on wifi password and sharing library at the unit. Also it would be nice to have room darkening shades for the living room when using sofa bed. Other than that it was a lovely quiet, clean rental, great location and beach!

Honest Constructive Feedback

My stay at this property was “okay”. Janet was awesome from the time of booking through my departure. She was very attentive, easily accessible and responsive and quickly tools steps to remediate the plumbing issue that we had encountered. We really could not ask for a better host. The unit itself is well equipped with a lot of things. One thing that made me and my daughter uncomfortable was the strong musty smell throughout the unit. While I have a bit of OCD when it comes to cleaning, somethings I could not look pass. Maybe getting rid of the rugs or getting them deep cleaned would help. Additionally, ensure that the cleaning company that is being used is throughly cleaning the unit.

Washer is really old & worn out. It cleans but not really well. Has an old/musty/mildew smell. Table leg is broken on kitchen table and kept falling off while sitting at the table. Food on the table/the whole table collapsed. Curtain rod in the third bedroom falls off easily and maintenance had to come hang it back up. Sink Knobs in master bathroom do not work properly. No bathroom lights above sink, makes it dark in the bathroom. Place is really clean and roomy! Walk in closets are huge! Had to contact Evolve (management company) all day to get the pool key. You need this key for access to the pool and gym. We had to wait 24hrs to even receive this key and have access to the pool. It was not there when we arrived. There is no longer a playground for littles. That has been removed and they need to update pictures on here. It’s a gated community so we felt really safe! Kitchen wise- very basic needs. No blender. Overall great stay just needs some maintenance and cosmetic fixes to make it even more enjoyable.

Wonderful location right on the beach. Gorgeous sunrise views. Condo was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Janet our host was terrific - incredibly responsive and helpful, including with restaurant recommendations. We had a perfect week at the shore. Can't recommend this condo highly enough.
