Boca Grande 504 has everything you need for a great summer vacation of fun and relaxation. The suite has a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bright and airy living room, new furnishings, flatscreen TVs, free WiFi, and even a reserved parking space. Sports enthusiasts will find municipal tennis courts and pickleball courts within walking distance of the condo.

    Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.



    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This property was as advertised! There were no surprises for us and we had a great weekend! The view of the beach/sunrise was exactly what we wanted. The place was big enough for the four of us. The house was well stocked with plates, bowls, etc. We would come back and stay again!

Excellent location and amenities

This place was great for my family of 5! The host provides many items in the condo for use--cleaning supplies, some spices, coffee filters, etc. The beach is quieter down here too, compared to on the boardwalk, which was nice. Definitely would recommend!

Great stay!

Everything was great! View was amazing! Loved how close it was to the beach, could easily go back and forth between the beach and condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Love Boca Grande!

We loved Boca Grande! Great condo for our family of four. Great location on the beach! Walking distance to the Bad Monkey and Fager Island! We had a blast watching the sunrise from the deck, crabbing at the bay, and swimming for hours in the ocean! Thanks

We stayed here for a week, our 2nd year in a row renting this property. Great location, not too far from the boardwalk but father enough away so its not as crowded. Couldn`t ask for anything more from a Rental. Highly recommend staying here. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Small Fridge

Clean, centrally located, oceanfront condo. The fridge would be way too small for my family of four to stay a full week. The parking lot is really tight and no luggage carts so you’re humping your belongings.

Family Vacation

Super clean condo. Great location, easy parking, elevator access and clean beach. This owner has thought of everything. It was the most well stocked condo that we have ever stayed in. Games, toiletries, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, extra linens and a well stocked kitchen exceeded my expectations. We enjoyed our time and would definitely rebook this unit!

Great location and excellent views

Perfect location right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo was perfect for two couples. The only minor complaint was towels were listed on the description but there were none. We bought a few right across the street so it was not a major problem. I would reserve this place again for sure.

Great place

Wonderful view. Lots of room overall but the bedroom with two beds is crowded.There is not much room to move around and it is difficult to get into the closet . The small bed in that room is not comfortable and the headboard makes noise whenever you move and the clock is noisy. Overall, a great experience. The unit was clean and well furnished.
