Oceanfront Condo - Great midtown location

  • Direct oceanfront unit in oceanfront building on Atlantic Ave. Enjoy the private feel of the oceanfront balcony with steps down to the sand. Watch your children play in the sand while you drink your morning coffee. Then walk through the dune crossing for your beach adventure. Nicely decorated furnishings throughout makes this lovely three bedroom condo the perfect place for your family vacation. The private outdoor pool (open Memorial Day through Sun Fest), which catches loads of afternoon sunshine, is only a few steps down the hallway from your unit's door. Two assigned reserved parking spaces are conveniently located in the condominium parking lot. There are many restaurants within a few blocks of the condo. Fager's Island, Dead Freddies, The Bonfire, Mackey's, Bad Monkey and OC Brew Pub to name only a few, with hundreds of other menu dining, AUCE and fast-food establishments as well as the Boardwalk only a short distance away.

    We rent to families and responsible individuals 25 and older.

Extremely pleased!

This property was perfect for our vacation needs! The location was great with many places within walking distance. The unit itself was very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. We would without hesitation stay there again!

Great stay

Condo was as pictured and perfect for my family. First floor made for easy access to the pool and beach. The balcony was perfect to hang out on at night. Dave and barb were easy to work with and responsive. Check in/out was super easy. Would happily stay here again.

Labor Day Weekend Family Trip

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. Owners made booking very easy & were great at communicating check in & visit info. The condo was clean, spacious & very comfortable for our family of five. The location was fantastic. We all loved being able to walk right off the patio and onto the beach- less than two minutes to the water. The patio was a great place to sit & listen to the waves. There are fun restaurants and entertainment options that are in easy walking distance.. Would definitely stay here again.

Purnell House

Spacious condo right on beach. It is a first floor unit so you can’t see the beach but you can hear the waves and utilize the space right off deck We hung out there every night as well as the beach. Great having beach so close just a quick 1 minute walk to the water.

Amazing!

What a beautiful week we had at this Condo! The location is amazing does not get any better then right on the beach. So many places within walking distance and its in the heart of O.C. so if you can't walk it's a short drive. The condo was super clean and big enough for our family without feeling on top of each other. The owners Dave and Barb were very easy to work with. We can't wait to come back next year!

Excellent location!

I highly recommend this condo! Owners were very attentive and pleasant to work with! Everything from the rooms, condo right on the beach and the location was perfect for our family!! Can’t wait to go back next year!!

Perfect Beach Rental!

This was the perfect rental for our family's beach vacation. Right on the Ocean City beach, this condo was well stocked, very clean, and provided great access to the beach. We'll definitely be looking to schedule a return trip!

Great Location

Location is fabulous. Just steps from the beach. Unit had everything we needed from beach chairs/toys to kitchen utensils/appliances. Owner was easy to communicate with and check in was very easy. There is not a pantry for food that you buy or bring with you and all of the cabinets are pretty full. We had a great stay and would likely return; but would bring lots of clorox wipes because the only downside is the cleanliness. Owner told us the previous renters were particularly messy and the cleaning crew was there longer than usual? We found abandoned personal items under a bed, the sofa, and a dresser - used face masks, clothing, etc that was a clear indication that the unit had not been cleaned thoroughly; which was unsettling with corona virus outbreak. There was sand all in the carpet, on top of the couch and piles of sand under the couch cushions - where the pull out couch is. If you're willing to clean the place when you arrive, it's a great location, with a nice owner, and a nicely appointed unit!

Pandemic vacation

The property is great located right on the beach. We prepared and ate all of our meals in the condo so we would not have to dine in at any restaurants. It was disappointing that the pool was closed but understandable given the circumstances. Otherwise it was great.

OC week at Purnell House

I was very disappointed that we could not use the pool. I know these are unprecedented times with Coronavirus, but I also know there were other pools in OC that were open. I chose to stay here because of location and pool. Very well equipped kitchen and overall nice place. Had trouble with the TV in two bedrooms

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and comfortable. We loved the easy access to the beach. The private beach outside our unit was perfect for our little ones. The only thing we disliked was the 4 page inventory sheet we were expected to complete. We felt it to be unnecessary and a waste of time. We look forward to renting again in the near future. Thank you!
