Everything about unit 306 was wonderful. Immaculately clean, lines were good quality and comfortable, all appliances working well. Will definitely stay again!!!! Vacasa made check in and check out a breeze.

Nice people and clean

The manager and everyone we contacted on site were great. The place was clean and the pools were super clean. Would definitely come back and stay here. Our condo was clean and big. Lots of room. Also very clean.

We really enjoyed the unit. The furnishings were very nice and modern. the view of the ocean was lovely and we really enjoyed the ocean breezes. There is some minor issues that hopefully will be addressed but If you stay here you will enjoy your time.

Very nice condo, quiet building, easy check in and out. Assigned parking spots which we liked! Rooms were a good size. They provided linens and bath towels, along with starter pack of essentials like dish and laundry detergent, tp and paper towels. Shampoo, conditioner and soap were also included. Beds were somewhat comfortable, everyone has their own preference there. Nice ocean view. Balcony a bit small but nice. Filter on ac unit definitely needs to be changed and a pair of scissors would come in handy. Overall a lovely condo and we would stay again!

Overall condo was clean and updated. Beds were great. Only complaint is that all three bedroom rugs were STAINED. The main bedroom was disgusting. Not a clean spot in the rug.

A room with a view!

We enjoyed our mini-vacation at unit 306. However, there is a few things that can be improved. The carpets do need a thorough cleaning. An outdoor rug needs to be placed at the front door and there's not much hot water. After 2 of us took a quick shower , there was no hot water. Ill still rate it 4 stars for the beautiful view of the ocean..and the beds were clean and comfy.

Updated and Clean

Loved the updated space, space was clean beds very comfortable. Great location to many great restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately the hot water tank only heated enough water for 2-3 showers daily. Also the pool, although clean and inviting, had strict rules. Kids weren't able to catch soft toss water balls in pool, no speakers, no rafts even if no other people at pool. Beach rules were also strict. Appreciate this for safety, but different than what others may expect at other beaches. Unit was over priced compared to other similar condos but was updated and a beautiful place.

Very disappointed

While the location is great, the view is beautiful despite the filthy sliding glass door that was extremely difficult to open, I would not recommend staying here. The refrigerator wasn’t cleaned, the floors were dirty, there was trash under the beds, moldy shower curtains, the tubs would not drain. Had to call a plumber to unclog both shower drains. While Vacasa did respond and tend to the issues, it was very disruptive to our trip and very disappointing that the place was not that well cared for. For that price it should have been!

Great Location but hidden dirt and lack of follow up by staff

We have stayed it this unit 2 times. the location is perfect for our family. The first was excellent. This time not so good. Surface cleaning was fine. Kitchen was clean, the bathrooms were clean and we had clean sheets and linens. However we soon discovered that there was trash under every bed and behind all furniture, and several draws had clothing from previous renters. The toaster caught fire and we reported all of this to Vacasa who told us the "local office" would reach out to us. No on ever did. At the end of our stay I reported these issues to the local office and they said never received any report of the toaster or trash issues, and told me that they are not able to get good cleaning crews. Why am I paying a cleaning fee as part of this rental? I believe this is a good company and they will fix these issues. Until then, buyer beware.

Overall, nice view and really nice to have sheets and towels. The walls were very beat up, the master bath did not drain so you would stand in a pool off water which did not drain until the shower was shut off for about 3 minutes, and the dryer vent was not connected properly so lint and heat would be all over the laundry room.

Very nice but…

The 3rd bedroom, similar to my rental last year, has no usable closet, meaning one of my daughter’s family of 4 were unable to hang clothes. Also hot water for showers on last day of 7/2 went out. I reported the latter at check out.

Condo was beautiful.

We loved the condo. Cleanliness was probably 4/5-the kids feet were pretty dirty running around barefoot but it was otherwise clean. Our biggest complaint was check in. Vacasa needs to change this process. Everyone gets there the same time, parking is atrocious, and I waited in line for over 30 minutes for keys. We’ve been renting condos for over 5 years and have never experienced this. After driving 6 hours that was an awful experience with cranky kids in the car waiting.

Exceeded Expectations

We really had a great time. This property was clean and in a great location. The renovation is really nice. Especially grateful for a unit that provides the linens. We come from out of state, so not having to lug all of the linens was a huge plus. Additionally, beach chairs & umbrella were provided. Super grateful for that as well. There were a few small maintenance issues which we have reported. I am sure that they will be addressed promptly. Thanks so much. We would definitely rent again.
