The view is amazing. Just what we needed. Just wouldn’t recommend the unit. Very outdated and WiFi was awful. No instructions and the sign on didn’t work

Beautiful two bedroom two bath condo, needs new carpet in the bedroom. The cable tv in the living room was the only one I could figure out how to get working, but it was perfect for a long weekend.

O.C. review

UNIT very outdated, no iron, ironing board was broke, wrong hours listed on trash bender, elevators need inspection, wifi never worked, showers are very outdated. Front office lady was very nice.

Quick end of summer vacation

The condo was clean upon arrival. Very spacious for 5 people (3 adults and 2 teens). Beach front views, two pools(indoor and out) and a bar on sight made this perfect for our family. Beds were slightly uncomfortable however overall, I would stay here again. Be prepared to pay for parking once you arrive at the condo.

Disappointing, Overpaid, better to reserve through onsite property management & avoid excessive fees

1)Pictures and description made it appear as though we would be able to walk right out onto the beach. We were 13 floors up. We had to load our beach wagon(we brought with us, it was not provided)wait to take an elevator to the 1st floor, then lift & carry the wagon down 2 sets of stairs(& carry back up 2 sets of stairs when to go back). There are 3 old, wornout beach chairs in a closet, 2 of which are rusted & don't work well. (Listing is for 8 people) 2)Balcony furniture is so short you can't see over the rail, unpleasant to sit out there. 3)Dining set is too large for the space and terribly heavy, making it difficult to pull chairs in and out, especially for small children and elderly people. 4)Kitchen is very unorganized and lacking essential equipment to cook with. Some of the pans provided should no longer be used as they are so worn. 5)Drier does not dry properly. 6)Caulk in the bathrooms is disgusting. 7)Broom provided is damaged and missing half of the bristles. 8)Not enough garbage bags were provided. 9)We ran out of hand soap in the bathrooms by the second day. 10)No kitchen towels or cloths. 11)One hand towel between the two bathrooms. 12)Barely enough bath towels and wash clothes to get through one day. 13)Ran out of toilet paper by the end of the third day. 14)"to-do" list was provided, directing us to clean the place ourselves before leaving even though we paid a hefty cleaning fee. Upon stripping the beds found the mattresses to be stained and disgusting.

Beautiful View

As all the other views stated the home could use some upgrades. Cosmetically it needs work. It was a hole in the door stop upon coming in the place. Mattress isn’t the best but it worked. The view makes up for the cosmetics. I would absolutely positively stay again. The view is AMAZING!

Family Vacation 2023

The Plaza was a great place for our family vacation. It exceeded our expectations. We had a great view and the kids loved the beachside pool. Our 2 year old spent most of his time in the kiddie pool. My wife loved the indoor hot tub and the nightly entertainment from the Jungle Bar. The Plaza was very clean and the staff was very helpful and available 24 hours a day. Our condo was spectacular. We used the kitchen to make meals daily and used the dinner table to eat as a family nightly. The kids liked having their own room and bathroom. We used the extra room as a bedroom for our oldest son. I highly recommend Vacasa and the Plaza as we plan to return next summer.

Plaza is perfect location

We are familiar with the Plaza and have stayed there many times before. The location is perfect and the building is well maintained and easy beach access, a nice pool, and wonderful deck dining and bar. The unit was clean, with comfortable seating and comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the ocean and beach from the balcony.

Great ocean view!

We took my parents (80’s) to this property to enjoy a few days looking at the ocean. The condo could use a few updates (especially the bathrooms), but the view was beautiful, the place was clean, the pool, live music at the outdoor jungle bar, the check in/ check out was smooth, and the owner residents were helpful and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised and delighted by the 4th of July fireworks right in front of us on the beach! We loved our stay there with only two complaints: when we arrived, there were no sheets or towels, but after calling the number on our check in packet, the owner called us within an hour, and soon after someone came to make up the beds and bring us towels. Very pleased with the service. Also, my Mom is in a wheelchair and was unable to go down to the pool area because the chairlift was not working. That was disappointing, but overall great property we hope to use again.

Amazing location!

The condo was lovely: right on the beach, beautiful view from a high floor. Loved the pools and the cafe/bar. The pool gets afternoon shade so plan around that. Great sun deck. Nice hot tub. There are lifeguards at the beach so you felt safe. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins. Within walking distance to Acme for essentials. Short drive to the boardwalk. Nice quiet neighborhood across the street for walking/running. The staff was friendly. The condo itself was clean… could use a facelift, if that’s important to you. Coffee maker was the percolator kind so plan accordingly. It was my first time to Ocean City. We’ve been to Florida, Outer Banks, Grand Haven, and Myrtle Beach. This was my favorite. So much to do…. Something for everyone. Great food everywhere! The water and beaches were so clean! You can tell the city takes great pride in providing an excellent vacation spot.

it was a great location but the property definitely needs updating; utensils were not cleaned; there were garbage plastic bags in different drawers shoved in. There was no response from the property manager and finally had to call the company that listed it. Overall it was a good location, but not sure if I would rebook if I know that it's with this property management team

Could not use one bedroom and bathroom as it was blocked with construction material.

The master bedroom and bathroom entrance had a huge pile of hurricane shutters lying and blocking the entrance to both the room and the bathroom. I could not use the room for 1 day and they were sharp objects with nails lying on the floor. It was a health hazard. It was moved from the bedroom to the hallway the next day. Nobody responded to my emails/phone calls from Vacasa. They said they would either move me or credit 1 night's stay back and that never happened. Worst experiences I ever had with my older in laws
