Just checked out after a 1 week family vacation of 9, ages 8 to 88. If you have a booking, seriously reconsider!!
The unit was perfect for sleeping arrangements. Seating was more than ample, lay out works very well for large families. Kitchen was wonderfully stocked with utensils & made for cooking almost all meals a breeze. Beds were comfortable with ample extra blankets & pillows. Ocean view is good. Decor is beautifully done. Lots of storage room. WONDERFUL surprise to find beach chairs & toys in front balcony closet.
Getting in was a nightmare!!! Lock box only had key to door that opens onto front balcony. It did not open front door! Called number on reservation & they had no clue how to get into the unit. 30 mins later I tried the sliding glass door to bedroom & it was open. We were unable to secure front door the entire stay. Not safe with children.
When we finally entered we were greeted by a horrible stench of dirty stagnant water in the washing machine. It would not drain! Maintenance did not show up till Monday afternoon. The dryer hallway door fell off in my hand & maint staff had to put it away in hall broom closet. The lights in main hallway did not work. Was very dark. Safety issue for children going to bathroom at night. Dishwasher top rack had broken wheels, master bathroom shower doors wouldn't slide.
Mostly small problems, but the safety issues MUST be addressed before you consider staying.
Unit was well cleaned upon arrival.
