Welcome to your North Ocean City escape! This spacious 1,092 sq. ft. single-level condo combines beautiful bay views, comfortable living spaces, and a convenient location near the beach. With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a seasonal community pool, and plenty of family-friendly touches, it's an ideal home base for a memorable Ocean City vacation.

Conveniently located in North Ocean City, you'll be within walking distance of Acme, the Lombardi's Shopping Center, Bull on the Beach, the Worcester County Public Library, St. Peter's Lutheran Church, and an electric vehicle charging station on 125th Street. When it's time to dine out, be sure to check out some local favorites, including Barn 34, Layton's on 18th Street for breakfast, PNG Crabs for fresh seafood, and Vanderwende Ice Cream in nearby Fenwick Island for a sweet treat after a day at the beach.

The kitchen features granite countertops and is well stocked for everything from quick beach snacks to home-cooked family meals. You'll find both Keurig and drip coffee makers, a microwave, toaster, blender, mixer, full-size refrigerator, electric oven and range, and dishwasher. The kitchen also includes pots, pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, a knife block, storage containers, wine glasses, a corkscrew, measuring cups and spoons, and other everyday essentials for a convenient stay.

One of the highlights of Our Place at the Beach is the huge outdoor community pool located just across the street from the building.

• Guests must sign in upon entry

• Maximum of 8 people per unit

• Seasonal access from approximately Memorial Day through mid-September



Typical Pool Hours:

• Memorial Day to early June: 10:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Early June through Labor Day: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Labor Day to mid-September: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM



Please note: Pool hours and opening or closing dates are seasonal and may change. There is no lifeguard on duty.

The community pools are managed by the building and not by us as hosts. Pool availability may be seasonal and is not guaranteed to be open during your stay, as closures can occur for maintenance, repairs, or at the end of the season.

We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.

- 2 small trash bags

🚿 Full Bathroom Kit:

- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

- Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap

- Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter

- Sheets for sofa beds are provided and left in the room with the couch (not provided for trundles or rollaway beds)

- Each guest receives 1 towel set (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth)

- A washer and dryer are available for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay

An electric vehicle charging station is also available nearby on 125th Street.



Whether you’re heading out for a beach day, grabbing dinner at a local favorite, or simply enjoying the beautiful bay views from the condo, this Uptown location offers a relaxing home base with everything you need close by.

Getting around is easy from this convenient Uptown Ocean City location. The beach is approximately an 8-minute walk away, with a pedestrian crossing and stoplight along the route for easier access to the ocean. Groceries, restaurants, shopping, and other everyday conveniences are also within walking distance, making it easy to leave the car behind for many of your daily outings.



For exploring more of Ocean City, Coastal Highway is nearby and provides easy access to the Boardwalk, attractions, restaurants, shopping, and neighboring Fenwick Island. The Ocean City Beach Bus also runs along Coastal Highway, offering a convenient way to travel throughout town without having to worry about parking.



Parking passes are provided for your stay. Up to two vehicles may park in front of the building, with additional parking available by the white fence near the office at the edge of the property.
