The Space:
This beautiful and recently-renovated first-floor condo (walk-up, no elevator) offers an unbeatable location only one block away from the ocean! Centrally located across from the Convention Center, this family-friendly escapade offers all the essentials; a well-equipped living room and kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, and a furnished balcony. Things to Know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Very clean house. Good location for my plans that weekend. Kind of hard to find using Google maps but maybe that was just me. Could use some updated kitchen equipment (pans, pots, etc) Would definitely stay here again at this great price

Great stay at Ocean Point I
The location was excellent -- 2 minute walk to the beach and very quiet street. Plenty of room in the house and furniture was very comfortable.

Summer Crusin’
This was a great location right across the convention center and we had nice porch furniture so we could sit out and watch the cars from the porch at night! I liked that sheets and towels were provided along with the little care package you receive. Great Place.

Cozy and Convenient Condo
We came to Ocean City to attend an event at the Convention Center. We were able to walk back and forth and avoid the crazy parking there. It was a bonus to be walking distance to the beach as well. The home was perfect for our stay and so convenient.

Very organized operation, never interacted w/ anyone from mgmt.
A nice clean condo, we could of easily cooked dinners in if we had preferred. Great location and a parking spot within a block of the beach. Several excellent restaurants nearby, incl *** Ocean 13 **** Relaxing front porch and a reasonable price for what they deliver.

Wonderful stay in OC
Stayed a couple days at this location off of 40th street. Pictures captured the area perfectly. Bed was comfortable and the ac/heat was great. Completely forgot to bring laundry detergent, so the welcome bag with laundry detergent, bars of soap, shampoo, conditioner and dishwasher detergent was a nice and pleasant surprise! Definitely recommend!

Great Little Place
Overall, we were very happy with our stay. My teenage daughter and I stayed for the weekend for a volleyball tournament, so it wasn't a "beach trip," but the easy access to the beach meant we were still able to easily walk down and walk along the beach when she wasn't playing. Location was great with lots to walk to (and just down the block from the convention center, which was great for us). We were not there during peak beach season, but found it was surprisingly quiet at night when we stayed. The condo was clean and comfortable and offered all the basics for a nice stay. I loved that a starter pack of items (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry pods, and much more!) was included. This and the fact that linens were included made it so much easier and more convenient! Check in and check out were quick and seamless; communication with a rental company (vs. and individual owner) is always a little trickier, but we were able to get our questions answered. If we were to make another quick trip to OC, we'd stay here again.
