The unit itself was outstanding. The layout was terrific. The appliances in the kitchen were fantastic. You had a pool view. The unit is listed as having an "ocean view". But it wasn't much of one. The unit is listed as having a balcony, and it does, but with no privacy barrier. The unit has 2 TV's. The one in the bedroom has a ROKU box and was easy to navigate. I could not get the living room TV to show anything but Netflix and YouTube and that was frustrating. Therefore, I suggest to the owner that they produce a list of instructions so that tenants have the ability to get the living room TV to show those channels that provide information on what is happening in the outside world, i.e., news stations, if there is one. If the owner does not want to produce the instructions, then I suggest connecting the ROKU box to the living room TV. My biggest disappointment was that the building had no elevators. The description of the building should list that. Any senior citizen with physical handicaps would not have been able to navigate their way to the 1st or 2nd floor. I struggled to get to the 2nd floor as I have had both knees replaced. To summarize my stay, the lack of an elevator and my ability to get the living room TV to work the way I wanted it to did not take away that my wife and I had a great time. Thank you!
