Don't be fooled by the photos, this place is a dump. Filthy dirty and the improvements that have been made have been done with shoddy workmanship. We experienced broken and rusted tables and chairs, mold, chewed up door moldings, a main TV that had an entire horizontal row of pixels missing, filthy/stained rugs, HVAC registers that were black (possibly mold), some type or residue on the internal front door (we didnt even want to touch it or try to remove it), damaged walls everywhere, etc. How this gets rented is beyond belief and the Management company is just as bad. We, literally, were expected to change out a molded shower curtain (Management simply dropped off a new one in a bag on our door). Additionally, we immediately reported a broken/detached door to the Washer/Dryer and we told it would be fixed...its still sitting in the closet as we leave after 5 days. I will never rent a property managed by this company again.
