Perfect for a large family, more than enough space, 4 bedrooms/bathrooms are perfect. There are 3 floors with stairs. Location is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Bring your own linens and paper products from home. You are at 12th Street in the middle of everything!

Family and Fun

Our growing family was able to have a couple of togetherness days at the beach. The townhouse was roomy and spacious and had enough room for all. Perfect location! It was nice to walk to the beach and boardwalk without worrying about piling in the car and finding parking spaces. The lodging was well represented in the photos. Very nice place.

Great Friends Weekend

We enjoyed our stay and Joe was extremely helpful. The location was perfect to access local restaurants and about a mile walk from the inlet parking area where we spent most of our time. The open floor plan on the living room area was perfect for our large group to relax and fellowship together for meals.

exactly what we needed

Great location a few blocks off of boardwalk. Was exactly what we needed for a long weekend stay for three couples. Owner was incredibly quick to provide house instructions on day of check-in as well as answer questions throughout the weekend.

Town home close to beach

The town home is at a great location to the beach and the bay. Had 4 bedrooms and plenty of space for the family. It's our second time staying here and would consider it for future trips to OCMD. We did have a few hiccups, but addressed with owner.

Ocean City

We had stayed in a similar unit near this property and we were happy to be able to book this one this year. It had the space and comfort that we needed for our family of nine. The unit is nice and very spacious. It’s also very close to where we like to set up on the beach, making walking there very convenient. There is a CVS just down the street which is very convenient when we just needed to run out and get some thing quickly. Plenty of places to eat right nearby as well. Definitely would stay there again

Great property

Overall the property was great! Check in was easy and it was a really good space for my family. Lots of room in the common areas to all be together without feeling cramped. Location cannot be beat. Just far enough away from the boardwalk to be quiet but close enough,(2 blocks), to walk there. The garage was a fantastic bonus as well. Great space to park the car with lots of room for beach chairs, toys, etc. The only issue we had was that the home wasn’t as clean as we would have liked when we arrived. The bathrooms needed to be scrubbed and the main level floors were unswept and sticky in places. The owner, Joe was super responsive and very apologetic. He noted that the previous tenant had abused the property and it was possible the cleaning people just couldn’t get to it all. He assisted with what he could over the phone and tried to get the cleaners to come back but they were unable. We cleaned up as best we could and then had a great week. The home was highly rated for cleanliness and I do believe it is typically clean as the bedrooms were spotless and had new pillows as well. We saw some of the damage the previous tenants caused, (none affected the functionality of the home), and understood why it was so hard to get everything done in the short time they had. Overall it was a great property, the owner was really nice and very responsive. We would go back for sure.

Senior Week Rental

This rental was for Senior Week, and the property was comfortable, bright, well appointed and in a great location. The landlord was very communicative and organized - prior to, during and after the rental. Senior Week is a stressful time and the landlord handled everything with professionalism. I would highly recommend.

Good stay

The only downside to this property is that you have to bring all your own linens and towels, other than that it is great! Lots of space, parking and overall clean. Great for big groups.
