Pay for what you get
It wasnt necessarily cheap but we needed a 5 bedroom place this was on the lower end of the prices available. Once arriving we understood why the price was what it was. In no particular order these were the issues:
1. One of the AC units wasnt on upon arrival so the place was a little warm. We found that the outside breaker was switched to off. Annoying. We flippped it on, and thw AC worked for a few hours then threw a code that indicated it was low on coolant. Request for assistance through messaging went unanswered. This must have been a known issue for someone to shut the breaker off outside.
2. The fridge was off upon arrival so we couldnt keep our groceries cold (although there was a 2nd fridge upstairs so all was not lost). But still this shouldnt be the case, the freezer also smelled like it hadnt been used in a while. Turns out it was a tripped breaker. Once reset it worked until the following day, and the breaker was tripped again, which indicates some poor electrical work.
3. All of the baths / showers were stained yellow/orange and just felt dirty. Along with the toilets
4. There were a couple of drywall holes
5. The TVs were not watchable due to them being hung in the absolute strangest places
6. Minor but there wasnt an outside water spigot, so we couldnt clean off our beach toys or fishing equipment.
7. The floors were sloping and bumpy.
It seemed like the place was recently redone but whoever did the work did a pretty poor job.
