On the day we had arrived July 7, 2019, first when we went to pick up our pass for the car in the clubhouse, no one knew that we should rent the house, the owner never informed them to our information. When we went to the house and when we opened the doors everything started. The dirt nest was everywhere, the sofa was cover with stains, the chairs had covers, they were so dirty no one could sit on it. We found a rotten banana peel and a beer can on the balcony. The bedrooms had the same conditions, stains on the sheets, beds were damp. The property had to provide towels for 10 people, there was not enough for all of us. The floor was dirty, filthy damp carpet, table was dirty, and bathrooms also dirty, cobwebs on the light fixtures, ripped lamp shade.
When we found all of this conditions in the rental house shortly after we walk in, I called the guess contact, which was list on the check in instructions sent from rental company. It’s said on the instructions if you have any question or concerts to contact them. When I called her I request can you come back and clean the house and we can resolve the problems we faced with the whole entire house. Her respond to me was that the house was clean and she clean the house for 3 hours,and she will not come back to resolve the problem. When I told her some of the problems, she said is not like that and she said will not argue with me and hung up the phone on me. Then I text her, and her respond was that she will no longer answer us, because we are very disrespectful.
We sent a email that we informed that we are leaving the key from the property, and we are not staying there under these conditions. Due to this, we will continue to fight as necessary to recoup the money we spent on the rental. Don't stay there!!!
