    The Space:

    Beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean await on the spacious, oceanfront balcony of this three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in North Ocean City. Inside this third-floor walk-up, you'll find a mix of newer and older furnishings and appliances, all of them clean and lovingly maintained. The living room, the dining room, and the kitchen enjoy oceanfront views; the bedrooms and the bathrooms are on the bay side of the property. In this quiet building, offering only six condos across its three floors, you'll be treated to direct access to the beach and an easy walk to Northside Park, Dumser's Dairyland, The Fractured Prune, and all sorts of dining, shopping, and entertainment on Coastal Highway. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please be advised that this is a third-floor walk-up. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Large and spacious beachfront condo

After reading reviews, we decided to book. The condo was very spacious for 5 teens and 2 parents. The deck was amazing and we spent mornings and evenings listening and watching the ocean. The bedding was already done for us and we each had a towel set to use. We would definitely book again.

Loved it!

You can’t beat this location - the beach view is amazing, the porch is HUGE and cozy, the place in general was bigger than expected. The WiFi was pretty spotty and the T.V in one bedroom wasn’t working but it didn’t bother us a bit. Will be renting this property in the future, great place!

The place was very convenient had everything we needed. Only missing a garage disposal! We enjoyed watching a family of foxes in the dune! Great deck! The decor is very dated but who cares! The only problem is VACASA will not give keys before 4 causing a jam up when everyone goes at 4! What’s the big deal give the keys early!

Fun in the Sun!

The condo was beautiful and you absolutely could not beat the view! This was by far the nicest balcony that we have ever had on any rental down here. The surrounding area was quiet for the most part except for there were a few nights where the beach got pretty rowdy even this far north. All in all it was a fantastic experience, the only thing I want to mention is be sure to bring your own towels and sheets because there were none in the condo for guest use! We will definitely come visit again!PS the neighbor in the condo next door has the two most adorable tiny little puppies I've ever seen! They were the best neighbors we've ever had.

Nice Property, but Avoid Vacasa

The property manager is Vacasa. They did a lousy job on maintenance issues. It took them weeks to get to easy repairs. WiFi was spotty, slow and undependable. Sheets didn’t fit the beds. It’s too bad because this would otherwise be an excellent place to stay.

Second Time As Good As The First

This is our second time staying at this property. It would have been our third but our required dates were not available last year. This is a nice condo especially if you have small active kids. It does show some age but that is ok for us. If the property were too precious we would be constantly on edge with our very energetic grandkids. Beds are ok. If we were more local, we would bring our own linens. What is provided is fine but service industry quality. It’s what you will get at any of these rentals. It would be great if the rooms (at least the master) had blackout curtains. For those of us coming from the west coast, that sun comes up pretty early. The location of this property is really hard to beat. It is literally right in the beach. The back covered porch is great for lounging in the shade or taking in the summer thunderstorms. 5 stars. We will be back.

Awesome Place for Family

Property is a little dated. But everything else makes up for it. It is literally right on the beach. Perfect for the kids (2.5 year old girls and 4.5 year old boy) with super high energy. If we had stayed and a property that was super boutique, we would have been on edge the whole time. This property felt like visiting your parents or grandparents vacation home. Just well lived in. We loved it. Only complaint would be with the linens. Obviously provided by a service and low quality. If you live close by bring your own. If traveling from farther away, it is not a showstopper but just not the quality that we are used to in our daily lives.
