The place was dirty mildew in the bathrooms no washcloths one dish towel. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom no icemaker. The place hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time. I had to wash the dishes before I could use them. That’s how dirty the place is. The carpet was filthy and dirty for the money I wouldn’t stay again. The furniture is white and it’s very dirty and black. The pictures on VRBO are beautiful, but the place is dirty and the furniture is white and it black wear and tear. The pictures on VRBO makes the place looked wonderful, but it isn’t.

getaway with teenagers

This property is in the perfect location on the boardwalk and has so much space. It was great for teenagers to be located right on the boardwalk. I loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We did use the linens and towels that were provided. The towels were not super great quality, but they were fine for a week.The kitchen is a bit lacking. We did bring our own pizza pan and pizza cutter and glad that we did as I didn't see any available. There is plenty of Tupperware though to store leftovers.The living room and dining room furniture at one time was probably very nice. The dining room table is beautiful but many of the chairs have broken wheels. The couch and dining room chairs are all upholstered in white. They are pretty dirty. In fairness though it is hard to keep white clean especially at the beach. They probably need to be replaced.Checking in was a big difficult as we were told that the lock box with the keys were under the fan in the parking garage. However, there were several lock boxes located in the same area. We did have to call the manager to figure out which one was the correct lock box. The manager was extremely easy to get a hold of though and communication was great before and during our stay. We had never been to Ocean City MD and we were pleasantly surprised. It was a well taken care of beach and the community was very safe. We had a great time!

Property was beautiful, kitchen should be restocked, 2 of the beds need new mattresses, more lighting for reading in the living area, easier access to building, luggage carts for easier transport from car to room! We are very happy with the rental over all

HORRIBLE PLACE

Absolutely HORRIBLE! We arrived and the place was totally disgusting! Stains all over the carpets, stains on all the chairs and couches and all over the dining room suite. The beds had sand in them. The mini fridge was broken, the washing machine was broken, the air conditioning was broken. the pool was so small and full of sand. We contacted these people every single day and argued. They didn’t even come out right away to fix these things and once they did they said it was broken and they didn’t have any of the parts for it so there was nothing they could do about it. This experience at this location was a nightmare. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! It’s a disgusting disaster!

Perfect for families !

Lots of space ! Great location . Loved that there were bathrooms in each bedroom . We all had room to relax , play games and watch hockey ! The view was amazing to catch the sunrise or just chill with your coffee or cocktail .

Winter at the Beach

After coming numerous times to OC during the spring/summer, this was our first time during "winter" time. While we drove through some snow to get to the condo, it did not disappoint with location or accommodation's!!! It was a family trip with elderly parents and young teenagers, but the condo was spacious for everyone to spread out and enjoy all of it. Added bonus of having the fireplaces in the main living and master bedroom to enjoy as well. Overall great time!

A Lesson in Bare Naked Decorating

Very poorly thought out decorating with no LR end tables, chairs, or lamps to read by or even to sit and visit as a group and a sofa that sits you on the floor with no ease to arise.(for us 70 year olds make that impossible to arise). Dining room table with 6 chairs had 1 completely broken, 1 missing a wheel and, get this, 1 with no wheels. We reported a serious safety issue with 2 of the showers which when barely turned on were scorching hot- imagine an inquisitive 3 year old turning those faucets on. Kitchen supplies were bare minimum and the bed and bath $200 add on supply package came with, are you ready, no facecloths. We felt no comfort or welcome in this over priced, under decorated unit and now they will not be seeing us again. Do they care? I doubt it or they would take more care in their hospitality.

South Beach 6th Ave

This is a great condo in a nice building for large groups. Oceanfront with the best pizza in OCMD in the building. Easy access to all the boardwalk fun. Very clean and includes linens and paper products. The group managing the condi were very responsive and everything was ready by check-in time.

Week of fun in the sun

We have spent a week every summer at the beach on Ocean City MD. and have stayed many places This condo rates right up there as one of the best. It fit our extended family needs well. If tere were any draw backs I dont have a lot of experiance cooking on an indution stove top and at the begining of the week was a bit frustrated. By the end of the week had it mastered but still would not choose that for my home. Such a 1st world problem so really no complaints😍

Great Spot

This place was perfect for our family. The nearness to beach with small children was great. Having the pool when the kids were tired of the beach was perfect too. The fireworks (4th of July) were outstanding especially since we could see them from the balcony! Definitely a place to return to!

The BEST vacation rental we have ever stayed in!

Newly renovated and such a perfect layout for extended family (we were 6 adults & 4 young children). Right on the beach/boardwalk with so much to do it’s impossible to get bored even on rainy days. Kiosk right on the beach to rent chairs & umbrellas. The indoor pool was great! The kitchen was fantastic after we figured out how to use it…the oven is quite complicated (we had to google how to get it to work) and it kept shutting off giving error messages which we learned from our research meant the pan/skillet was “unacceptable”—not sure why there were pots & pans in the cabinet that you couldn’t use to cook in, but after we figured out which ones the stovetop would accept it worked great. Ice maker wasn’t making ice but we were told by management that it had been disabled (would have been nice to know that before we spent so much brain power trying to make it work!). The white furniture is beautiful but a little scary with 4 young children—all dining chairs/bar stools are white. We spent a lot of time following the kids around with baby wipes :). The washer/dryer worked great! The balcony is huge and very safe with a high railing (one rusty nail sticking out on the railing we had to be careful about) We spent a lot of time on the balcony and there were even binoculars which we loved! All of the beds were comfortable—especially the adjustable bed in the master bedroom!! And I could have spent all day in that luxurious bathroom :). Host is very responsive! We highly recomme

Cleanliness

View was as described. Lots of things to do for young kids on the boardwalk. Liked that all the bedrooms had a bathroom. Mgmt was responsive to questions. Cons: each bathroom had a 1/2 roll of toilet paper and one extra. 0ne be was completely sank on one side ( could roll out of bed easily). One bunk bed had sand in it when we arrived. All the dining chairs were in dire need of cleaning. Overall the condo appeared to be in need of a good cleaning. Pots that we took out of the cabinets had some residue food on them. I washed all dishes and cooking utensils before using them. 4 nights with 6 adults and 7 children and only 4 dishwasher packets seemed very stingy ( I went to supermarket and bought more). Comforters were in need of washing. Towels had a musty odor and I washed before using them. NO face cloths. ! Bathrooms were clean. For the cost per night I was disappointed. I have rented before and I was very pleased but not this time. There was no extra blankets and the one extra pillow I found I a closet was filthy. Owners need to update and either have a new person clean the condo. I would not recommend this condo to any of my friends or family.

Perfect for our first time!

It was wonderful to leave the doors open and just listen to the waves or sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. We were even able to see dolphins. Very relaxing! Beach just steps away, and dippin dots and pizza right below for evening snack for the kids!

Very dirty and not well equipped

This condo is actually in a nice location, but it was very dirty and not cared for. The couch and chairs were all stained, rug had a huge rip (trip hazard), beds were all sunk in and very uncomfortable, comforters and linens were filthy, overall the place was filthy. Definitely not worth the price. The kitchen was not equipped well. It was very difficult to cook or prepare food for the children. Beware!
