Don’t expect to hear back about any issues once they have your money
We couldn’t check in before 4:00, so when we did we discovered the TV in the LR was not working. We called and texted three different numbers and got no one to respond. They wouldn’t share actual the local number with us!!! We stayed three days W-S. They finally sent someone late on Friday afternoon who couldn’t fix the problem! If I had read in your description that there would not be an option to have a TV, I would not have booked this rental…and the false amenity list is still posted for the next customer to have the same TV issue. I don’t go to the beach to watch TV, but there were several rainy evenings during our stay. To add to the inconvenience, there was no paring knife in the kitchen! Nothing to slice or cut things. I also specifically asked before leaving home the type of coffee maker and was told a Keurig. So I packed Kcup. Arrived to find a drip coffee maker with special cone-shaped filters. We had no regular coffee and no cone shaped filters with us!! Lots of updates need to be made to their listing to reflect the actual condo amenities and don’t expect to get anyone for support once you are there.
