“DO NOT STAY HERE! It is like staying in a parking lot and the bathroom smells like a sewer. The three of us (all VRBO hosts) paid for three nights but left after one. We requested a partial refund, but were denied. We were unable to get the power working, so no lights, no phone chargers, no running water. The outdoor railings were not properly secured and the inside steps were not secured at all, making the entire boat unsafe. We were given water in a used container with no seal on the plastic...

“Super fun location, that made for a really fun 4th of July. Proximity to Fort Adams gave us the best vantage point for fireworks we could have had. House boat was very nicely made up for us, clean as could be. Comfortable bed, head was clean and functional. Water taxi was super convenient and easy to use, also allowed for awesome access to downtown Newport without needing to deal with cars or traffic. Fun to experience town from the perspective of a boater for once. Overall boat gave us...

“The rooms were clean, simple, and basic, but cute and quaint. There was no refrigerator, microwave, or coffee maker in the room, so the amenities were pretty minimal. Most of the staff were friendly, and the location was a definite plus being within close proximity to just about everything. Overall, a charming place if you're looking for something simple and conveniently located.”

“Un lugar soñado. Excelente la habitación, limpia y espaciosa. Lo único que puedo criticar es el ruido del sistema de calefaccion (caldera) que se prendia cada 5 minutos irrumpiendo el sueño por las noches.”

“Great location right in the center of all activities. Very pleasant and helpful staff. They have gated parking lot. Rooms are little bit outdated, there was some old stain on the carpet in our room. In general, we were pleased to stay there. Thank you.”

“Breakfast was great, there was free sangria in the lobby which was nice, we brought some up to the roof deck which was nice although the cushions were wet. Room was nice, unfortunately it was very hard to sleep between the fan making weird noises all night & there were a bunch of neon green lights in the room.”

“Parkplatz dabei und Lage gut. Zimmer könnten etwas besser in Schuss sein und Spinnenweben an den Fenstern.”
