The bedroom to the left has a private bath, and there's also a hall bath. Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed, the other has two double beds and the third has a queen. This bedroom has a private bath, and the other two share a Jack n Jill bathroom.

Amenities include boat dock, enclosed hot & cold outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, 2 TVs, including a 60'' one in living room, and secure Wi-Fi. This property offers Direct TV, as well as two Smart TVs with streaming which may be accessed with guest's own accounts. The dining room table seats six and there are also four stools at the bar for additional seating. The comfortable canal side screened-in porch will invite you to sit and have your morning coffee. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided.
