Family Suite for 6 with Fireplace and Kitchen - Pool and Hot Tub!

Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026 the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

Sip on your favorite drinks from this condo known as "Fin and Tonic". The spacious one-bedroom suite is located on the third floor and designed to sleep up to six guests. There are two queen beds in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, providing plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable. On cool rainy days, stay warm inside by the fireplace watching your favorite shows and movies on TV. If it's nice out, take a step out on the balcony and soak in the fresh ocean breeze.



The full kitchen in this unit makes it easy to prep great meals while also saving money on dining out. The kitchen includes a stove and oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and a coffee pot with complimentary coffee. In addition, the unit has one full private bathroom with a tub and shower, hair dryer, and toiletries.



Please note: Pets are not permitted in this unit.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
