Pet-Friendly Studio with Kitchenette & Pool Access

Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

Welcome to Unit 109, which we've named Shellvis Presley—because it's now or never to plan that beach trip. Set on the ground floor, this studio comfortably sleeps two guests, making it a perfect option for couples and solo travelers. There's a cozy king bed that sits just across from the TV where you can watch your favorite shows and movies.



A small kitchenette with a two-burner stove and mini fridge makes it easy to handle simple meals or keep things on hand without overcomplicating it; plus, there's a coffee pot and coffee to make your mornings a little easier. The unit has a full bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and included toiletries for your convenience. Plus, the ground-floor location keeps access easy and direct throughout your stay.



Pets are welcome in this unit, so they can tag along without extra hassle. A standard pet fee applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
