Top Floor Penthouse Suite with Ocean View

Summary:

The Polynesian Resort Condominiums is a shared complex of 69 condos. Prior to 2026, the location operated as the Polynesian Resort Hotel, but it transitioned to being individually rented vacation condos as of April 1st, 2026. Even though all condos are in the Polynesian Rentals program, they are each a unique property with a different owner and listing.



The Space:

Treat yourself to one of our spacious, ocean-view penthouse units. This top-floor suite, which we've nicknamed "Penthouse of the Rising Sun", comfortably sleeps six guests in three separate bedrooms. Two of the rooms include king beds, and the other one has a queen bed. Step outside onto the balcony and soak in the beautiful ocean views and cool sea breeze, or stay warm inside by the fireplace on stormy coastal days watching your favorite shows on the smart TV.



The beautifully designed kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pot with included coffee. There's plenty of space and kitchenware to cook whatever you're in the mood for, or for simply reheating leftovers after trying out the numerous local restaurants.



This penthouse has two bathrooms, one of which features a walk-in shower and the other with a tub, as well as a hair dryer and included toiletries. Having two bathrooms makes it easier for families and groups to get ready simultaneously before a long beach day.



Please note: Pets are not permitted in this unit.



As a guest of Polynesian Rentals, you'll get access to the communal pool room with heated pool and hot tub, the Game Room on the 2nd floor with a rentable pool table and real arcade games, and an outdoor recreation area with a swing set, horse shoe pits, tetherball pole, and a picnic area with BBQs. The Polynesian Resort is also within easy walking and driving distance of our favorite Ocean Shores' breakfast, Our Place, and the beach!

Interaction with Guests:

We leave you free to enjoy your stay! It is self check-in and checkout. However, the front desk is staffed by our team from 10 AM to 7 PM daily and we employe some on-site maintenance and housekeeping during the day – please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything. For urgent concerns after 7 PM, we employ an after hours phone service. They are trained to help with common questions and can contact staff if in-person assistance is needed. We do our best to make sure you have the freedom to enjoy the space on your own, but we have support available if you need it.
