Was such a nice location and beautiful home for our Easter Weekend getaway! The property is on a private beach and has amazing views of the Gulf. Perfect for a large family or getaway with some friends. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful home!

The home was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Could have used some dish towels. Living room was comfortable, and open to the main living areas of home. Beds were all very comfortable, we all slept well! Very quiet neighborhood with great access to the gulf. Would be nice if we could have received the check out process at the time we received the check in instructions. Also the tv service is all streaming. Thought it was direct tv. Did not care for that as we like to get local channels where we stay. All in all was a very nice hiE to stay at.

Celebrated my mom’s 86th birthday at Pelican for a week. My siblings, grown grandchildren, & great grands joined us. Beautiful rooms, rockers on both porches, the beach, a swing and a long table to gather. The pelicans were a plus. Thank you. Memories were made

50th Anniversary celebration

We needed a large house to accommodate our family when we traveled to Biloxi to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. This house was perfect. It afforded us privacy, space, every comfort imaginable and a private beach! We will absolutely use this property again when we visit our Gulf Coast family.

Family time

Wonderful time with family. Weather wasn't great, but it was a good time. My only concern was the 10 o’clock check out time, that was really stressful for me. Also having to bring all the linens down stairs to the laundry area bothered me. I like to leave a place looking good, with all linen in the floor of the laundry room, made me feel like i had left it in total disarray!!!!

Right on the beach

We loved staying here. It is right on the beach. The “road” you have to cross is really a the size of a gold cart path. It is literally 25 steps from bottom of the stairs to the beach. Such a beautiful view from the front porches. Private beach was perfect. We love natural beaches. Our two labs loved swimming in the gulf as well. A/C worked great. All you need is there. Beach chairs were great.

Great Getaway!!!

Great communication with Sue who made this renting of this property smooth. We were amazed at the size of the rooms. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our means and even make cupcakes. Kitchen is updated and oven is great. Walking distance to beach is a huge plus. My boys love to fish and they could go back and forth. Plenty of parking. Cannot say enough about the location. Quiet, but then we went into Biloxi if we wanted seafood and recreation for all ages. I would recommend renting this spacious house.

Family Vacation

The house was very nice and the private beach was awesome. Everything was pretty much perfect. The only thing I might recommend is maybe turn the hot water tanks up so the water gets a little bit hotter. It was warm but not hot. Not everyone likes hot water in the shower but I do. Would definitely stay again.

Great Family Getaway!

We did a large family vacay, which included 12 people including 3 generations. EVERYONE loved it!! The house fit all of us and had nice big spaces for gathering and eating. The beach is PRIVATE and it’s beautiful. This is not clear water but it is clean water. We swam and hung out on the beach everyday during our 5 day stay. I have never stayed in such a great location for this price. You are steps from the beach. We fished in the back of the house and in the ocean out front. The kids caught a lot of fish and had a great time. The town of Ocean Springs was about a 25 minute drive and they have anything and everything you need. I highly recommend this stay if you are looking for a quiet secluded stay. The host was also great and answered all of our questions.

Great Getaway

Great place to get away. Not far from Biloxi, restaurants, and entertainment. Host was great. Place is well cared for and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend. It is isolated so you will have peace and quiet while enjoying the beach or walking on the road and enjoying nature.

Great place. Plenty of room for large numbers.

Had a blast. Alot of stairs but worth every step. The private beach is nice. You don't have to worry about getting the good spot. Large living an dinning space for everyone to gather.
