Lower level: spacious basement with ping pong & foosball tables; 4th large bedroom with two queen size beds; full bathroom with tub shower.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire home. You are not sharing the home with anyone else. Parking available in front of house as well as plenty of free parking directly behind the home as well. You’ll also have your own private cement driveway for 1 car.

Bear Trap Dunes Amenities include: one indoor Olympic pool and an outdoor pool, clay tennis courts, Jacuzzi, Saunas, whirlpool, Fitness Gym, and private beach shuttle.

Other things to note
RECREATIONAL PASSES: You'll need to purchase Recreational Passes after you arrive for access to the resort amenities. Passes are $65 per person for the week (from MDW to LDW) and $45 per person for the week in the off season. You don't have to purchase any passes if you don`t want to - purchase only for those who`ll be using the resort amenities. Children under the age of 4 do not need a pass. **Passes can be shared so you only need to purchase based on the MAXIMUM number of people in your group who`ll be using the resort amenities AT THE SAME TIME.

The passes give you access to all of the resort amenities (pools, fitness center, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis courts, pickleball, private beach shuttle) except golf which is completely separate. You purchase the passes after you arrive at the Pavilion. You simply show them a copy of your reservation and purchase with cash or check.

Prohibited Vehicles: Campers, boats, trailers or other oversized vehicles are not permitted.
